Tried this place for the first time and was hesitant because I’ve had some terrible haircuts. But she listened to what I wanted and cut my hair exactly right. She even styled it and I didn’t have to go home and redo it like I usually have to do. Highly recommend!

This is an update to a comment that I posted last year.
Was disappointed when I learned the owners had retired and the business was taken over by someone else. But gathered up some courage and got a haircut last week. (Had some horrible haircuts in the past and am leary of having someone new cut my hair).

So glad I tried them out. Jina was wonderful. Showed her a picture and she cut it exactly as I wanted. This was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

I got a great haircut at a fair price. ($30) Two weeks ago I walked in without an appointment and luckily Judy was able to fit me in. I got what I consider the best haircut I ever got. (I'm in my 60s)

It was exactly like the photo I showed her. (That was a 1st) She professional and works fast but knows exactly what she's doing. I am very happy with my new look and will definitely be back!

I've gotten so many nice compliments on my hair.

Came in as a walk-in from out of state, she did an amazing job on my hair! I don’t know how she did such a good job cutting and styling my hair in only 20 minutes and for a good price! If I lived even an hour closer I would only go to her, also such a nice lady. I’m not very good at holding a conversation with strangers, but she made me feel comfortable and had great conversations. Go here!

My mom loves going here to get her hair cut, they offer both women and men cuts. They welcome walkins which is perfect for swinging in for an after work snip and are always quick while providing top notch service. Extremely nice staff and very reasonably priced.

I have been getting my hair cut by Paul or
Judy at New Hair Design since the year 2000. Every haircut has been perfect and they have been very accommodating to me in times of special circumstance. Paul and Judy feel like family members to me and New Hair Design is the only place I will ever get my haircut. As a side note a men's haircut is only $12.50 and has been that way for 20 years ( even though I always give them a $20 bill )

I don't often leave reviews, but I was SO pleased with the quality of work that they did, the reasonable price and the friendly and professional atmosphere. They a gem tucked away in the corner of a strip-mall! I recommend their their work.

I would highly recommend you to see Ms. Gina, She is a master stylist and be rest assured you will be so pleased. Salon is clean and convenient. Located right in Tanglewild off martin Way in Lacey. NW hair design is in this location.

Not sure on the stylist's name, but she was extremely quick and thorough. I'm completely satisfied with her work. Definitely recommend and will be returning in the future, the price was also reasonable.

I've been going to Judy for about six years. I love the haircuts and perms she gives me, and it's very inexpensive. It took a few times in the beginning for her to get it the way I wanted, but it's been great ever since.
