Best healthcare experience in a long time!!

Such a great team of professionals that gave the impression of really loving what they do and caring about the patient. They got us in right away and Paula gave us a warm welcome as soon as we entered the building and even served us coffee! The nurse and NP were so patient and engaging with my one year old daughter to make sure they assessed her appropriately. As parents we felt that they honored our decisions and made sure we understood everything about the diagnosis and treatment without rushing us out the door.

Highly recommend this urgent care and wish that this type of care was not so rare these days. Thank you Indigo!!

I liked how I was able to both check-in and wait at home for most of the wait time. I was able to monitor how many patients were ahead of me and the estimated time frame in which each person was to be seen, which was nice. I was notified by text when to leave from home giving more than enough time to get to the office. The office/care staff are very friendly, inviting and overall pleasant. As for my provider Barbara Alford, ARNP she was awesome. Barbara was very professional, thorough, and personable. This was overall a very pleasant experience that I would recommend this office for any urgent care visit and will definitely revisit when needed in the future. You've got a great team, keep up the good work and thank you.

I went in an hour before closing after getting hurt at a trampoline park with my kids. I could've just gone home but I just wanted to make sure the cut wasn't too big that it would need some type of closure. I had my two young children with me and the staff here were amazing. We hardly had any wait and I felt much better having a doctor check it out and tell me it would heal fine by itself. The doctor was very kind, understanding, and showed my curious 5 year old the different tools on the wall. The nurse we had was AMAZING, I wish I didn't forget her name. She recognized having 2 kids with me wasn't the easiest and brought them stickers pages, water, and snacks to keep them busy. She interacted with them, helped them with the activities, and explained what the different medical items were in the room. She was so kind and it was so helpful so I could focus on speaking to the doctor. I felt taken care of by the staff and felt they really went above and beyond to make the hour we spent there the most efficient and smooth as it could be. I randomly chose an urgent care after leaving the trampoline park, one that was open until 8pm and was on the way home and I'm very glad I picked this one. Plus with my insurance I only had to pay a small copay.

We just got seen at Indigo for our daughter (almost 2). Our experience was so great I had to immediately come leave a review to rave about it! We’re from the other side of the country here on vacation and we feel like this was the best patient care we have seen in a LONG time. They were efficient, so nice, knew exactly how to work with our daughter, accommodating. Explained everything thoroughly to us. I joked saying that I wish we could come here for her pediatrician care. On top of that, we called on our way in, they got us in immediately (literally no wait at all) the facility is new and nice, they serve coffee and drinks (I’ve NEVER seen that at any medical facility before!) I just can’t recommend them enough. I have texted my family and told them that for any of their future medical needs they absolutely need to come here! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I went this morning and was in and out! The staff and doctor on call were amazing. They offered me water. They listen to all my concerns. The place is always clean. They are very friendly and explain everything before you leave. I highly recommend this urgent care!!!

The staff was very helpful and courteous. They actually listened to my complaints as to what I needed for treatment. I really appreciate all of there hard work and dedication to the patience needs. I highly recommend if anyone is in need of urgent care to try Indigo, they'll treat you with respect and kindness with fast service as well. Thank you Indigo staff.

Oh man, the appointment making online was a breeze and I was able to upload my information before coming. I came in with respiratory issues, they pulled up my appointment and got me back within 5 min of checking in. (I know this depends on how busy they are and the severity of other patients and was so thankful to get back at my appointment ) I think my providers name was Barbie, her and her team absolutely amazing. I ended up getting sent to the Lacey OCED by ambulance for a second look over and even though I didn't want to go because life in general is expensive, the ENTIRE team there made me feel human and not like a burden. It's so incredibly rare to be treated like a human by every single staff member and to feel that your care for and not just a number. You guys are amazing.

Everyone my daughter and I came in contact with this evening was incredibly. So sweet and welcoming. Leslie is incredible. I wish she was a primary care physician! If any of you see this thank you again for taking care of my baby! ❤❤❤

I chose this location because the reviews were good, versus nearby similar business with bad reviews. I was not disappointed. My experience aligned with the positive things other people say here. I'm not sure what empowers this Urgent Care to exhibit such phenomenal patient service, but it's true - the front desk person even offered everyone tea or water while we waited. And she got me in fast. If you're in the area, go to this place. Heck, if you're further away then go to this place if you can wait the drive for care. Very good experience, thank you, Indigo.

Called them and got a HUMAN on the phone right away. They made me an appointment and I was een within the hour. While waiting in the exam room, a nurse offered me coffee (tea or water, too) which was hot and tasty. Super-professional advanced level nurse helped me with my issue. Picked up my prescription at Walgreens and continued on with my life.
Overall, excellent ratings in customer service and effective healthcare. Just a fine user experience all around. Thanks, guys!

After being told at Providence Urgent care there were 21 people ahead of me and would have a 2-3 hour wait, I stopped at Indigo and was pleasantly greeted by a med tech who offered to put me on a walk in list and I would be seen that afternoon. She took my name and phone number and said I could go home to wait and would receive a text when my time in line is up. Wow. Music to my ears. No crowded germ infested wait. I went back to my bed and the rest was like clockwork. Next time I can use the app to get in line from home and be even more efficient! Best healthcare set up ever!

I would like to say that Paula at the front desk is AWESOME! Every-time I come to Indigo she has a warming personality and always offer something to drink. Well today my son was not feeling good? And the appointments were booked out. After talking with Paula in regards to my son health she immediately put an appointment in so I could come in NOW verses later. I was so happy that she was able to do that and just wanted to give her a shot out ON HOW someone will go that extra mile Thank you so much Paula 🩷

Always easy to get in to be seen, and quick to be examined, diagnosed and released.

I’m grateful for this option in my community when something obviously needs treated, but is not life threatening. Keeps the ER free for the things it should be used for.

I was so impressed! They treated me like a human being. I was miserable and they quickly figured out what was going on, called in prescriptions, and even gave me a hot cup of tea. Wonderful service and got me on the mend.

My family visits Indigo UCC on Yelm Hwy 2 to 3 times a year and have been for about 5 years. We have only EVER had a positive experience with our visits, including today. Thank you for hiring amazingly friendly staff!

Very nice employees, very clean environment and the wait wasnt too bad. Overall pleasant experience even with being sick and miserable . I'd go back if I had to, but the goal is not to. Recommend this urgent care facility to anyone in need.

Excellent urgent care facility. This was the third time I have gone to them. The first two times they quickly assessed me and rushed me to emergency. This time they gave me different antibiotics with instructions to go to emergency if it didn’t work in three days or certain symptoms appear. Very polite. Very careful. They got me in quickly. Urgent cares are sometimes very busy with long waits, but this one is quick and efficient.

Visited today around 3:30. They all are the best. This place is fast and very pleased with everyone there. Thanks for everything I don't know what I would of done without you guys today. Thank you..

Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional. I had a horrible ear ache. The doctor did an examination, looked for any other possible causes and explained her finding. I was very satisfied with the visit. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.
