What could have been a horrible experience changed into a merely bad one thanks to the manager at Winco Foods. As you can see from the photos, a very bad driver pulled into a non-spot and sideswiped our car. I went into the store to see if customer service could page the owner. Instead the store manager - Dave - came out, looked at the damage and said he would review the tapes. He went way over and above that. After reviewing the tape, he searched the store until he found the car owner and then brought him out to us to exchange information. That is unbelievable customer service that I never expected. Now our insurance company is trying to pry insurance information from the driver (who based on his reticence to provide information probably would not have come out of the store until we left). Winco gained a lifelong customer thanks to this extraordinary store manager.

We live in Elma, WA so it was really awesome to discover a store relatively close by that has such great prices and selection. The store was clean and very well stocked.

Shelves always stocked. Checkout fast, even with a line cashiers no there job. My pet peeve about the chicken roaaters not being ready or not enough to keep up with demand seems to be solved. There was roasters ready the last 3 times I was there. The disconnect between the deli and rest of the store looks to be solved. Whole store running smoothly.

This is by far my absolute favorite place to shop and spend my hard earned dollar. The customer service here at WinCo is wonderful and the prices are great also.

The staff is helpful and there's room to move in this store without the online order shoppers that don't make it easy for customers in walmart and Freddie's. Winco has the best deals and I prefer it over Walmart any day. I drive two towns away to get my winco on.

Best prices anywhere. Save 20 to 30 percent. You must bag your food. Great service.

SPARKLING CLEAN BATHROOM

Amazing bulk food area, best fresh bulk spices. Himalayan Pink Salt under 2 bucks a pound. Great basic food with some high quality thrown in. ALL at low prices.

I do not recommend shopping on weekend afternoons. Crowds can be intense.

❄ Snow everywhere! But, we made it to WinCo from Westport.
Last time we came for supplies was in November 2020.
Miss going to the one by my house which was 4 blocks away.
We moved from Vancouver WA.
Love the Coast and the drive to Lacy WA to get to WinCo.

It is rare to see Asian vegetables in store like this . Today is one of those rare days that WinCo have long beans and bitter melon dragon fruit and chayote squash. Hopefully they will carry more and more Asian vegetables.

Great prices and selection for most anything you need from a grocery store. Fresh produce and high-quality meats at great prices.

The employees are friendly and helpful, they'll take the time to help with any questions you might have about shopping the store. The bulk section is good with reasonable prices. Considering the volume of customers. They do a good job of keeping the store clean. The produce is very good. Overall, they have been my go to store regularly.

Just went here for the first time, my groceries cost $100 less than shopping anywhere else. Some items were more expensive but they have some great deals

This place is new to me and has been absolutely wonderful. Such a huge selection at a great price. I personally really love the bulk selections. I live in West Olympia and it is worth the periodic drive. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place. Happy shopping!

Always decent and affordable prices, and I can easily come by to do a quick last minute items run and it actually be just as easy to check out in a timely manner as well

I absolutely love Winco! Great prices and every store I've been to on my travels has had nice staff.

I enjoy the Lacey WinCo because it's the last of the open 24/ 7 grocery stores. Pros are the variety of product found especially a meat dept. a cut above Walmart. Prices seem to be similar to Walmart but lately have been better than their competitor. Store is pretty clean and the staff seem reasonably friendly albeit in the evening they all are are busy stocking shelves.

This store is very nice. If you live near WinCo you should shop there. The bulk section is good and it has a very wide variety of stuff, from flour, to cinnamon gummy bears dipped in chocolate. WinCo has so much different food and it's all very nice. I go here once a week or so. Five stars would recommend

Amazing store. I just moved to the Olympia area from North Carolina and love this store. Prices and selection are all great and the customer service is excellent. I’ll be back here a lot.
