What a great spot to catch a movie! The customer service was GREAT! It was very clean and comfortable.

Wanted to highlight the wheelchair accessibility both going into the theater and from the theater into our seats. A member of our party utilizes a wheelchair and it was easy for them to get to their seat.

Went to see the creator hood movie. Only two others in with us. Wish it had seats like the Olympia one at the mall but oh well.

Saw godzilla minus 1.
Possibly the best black and white film I've ever seen.
Customer service was fantastic, and theaters as well as restrooms were kept very clean.

Saw Napoleon on IMAX screen. But the most amazing part, had my emotional support animal with me absolutely no hassles and she was amazing. Stayed in my lap for 2 and 1/2 hours and waited to go pee after I went. Most amazing experience thank you

This theatre is ABSOLUTELY the BEST theatre in all of washington state probably the world. One of the managers, Mr An, is the most kind and compassionate person I've ever met. He never fails to make me smile, he is such a bundle of joy. I never see him without a radiant smile on his face. However, I do miss when he used to wear a mask to work because it really brought out the smile in his eyes. Other than that AMAZING manager the theatre is SO CLEAN I even ate off the bathroom floor and suffered no illness. The movies they make are so phenomenal, I can't believe they can produce such quality. The regal intro they play never fails to make me laugh hysterically it is so funny, I can't help but teehee haha at it. My favorite part about this theatre is the ease of access to any film I want to see. The staff is gracious enough to not catch me when I sneak into the theatre, such good people. Everyone should go to this theatre it's not a movie theatre it's an EXPERIENCE theatre("which is nice"😏)

Great theater. Very comfortable. We saw American Fiction. Excellent film. Relevant and entertaining.

Very sanitary, cleaned constantly and the staffs are friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist as needed, yes, the food, drinks, and snack selections consist of a wide variety but are pricey like the airports, but still can't beat the free refill on the bucket popcorn...Gotta invest in the unlimited pass, well worth the cost, just saying 🤭🫣

Good movie experience. We came to see Oppenheimer in IMAX for my husband's birthday.

Always clean and friendly and a great experience. I take my kids to every mystery movie and then 2 or 3 more times a month. Get the monthly pass, it's worth it. I earn enough points during the mystery movies to earn free tickets for other movies we want to see.

I went to see the new Aladdin in IMAX it was awesome I loved will Smith as genie only thing I didnt like was I forgot it was a musical but still very good. As for theater it was top notch if I could give 6 stars I would if u ever have opportunity I would take it

Pretty much what I expect from a local theater; staff that doesn't get paid enough to care but still does sometimes, facilities that work well and are clean enough to pass random inspection. Comfortable seating, not as much reclining as I'd like but not a deal breaker; sound systems are great, as expected.

Loved the classic theater atmosphere! Reminds us of the Marcus cinema back home in Wisconsin. Great treat options and cute little candy and toy dispensers for the kids as well as an arcade! Very nice. We had a great atmosphere in the actual showroom and loved the movie. Minus the brat behind me kicking my seat, it was an otherwise great time for my birthday.

My family and I visited the theater this weekend. Snacks and movie were great. The crew members and lead manager assisted us in looking for my missing ID card. 🤦🏿‍♀ Thanks, guys! I also appreciate that it was not freezing cold in the movie auditorium. I usually bring a blanket along with me for movies, but forgot to snag it this weekend. Thankfully, my light jacket was more than sufficient. Well definitely visit again.

I love the rewards club benefits and the summer kids movie day and mostly Tuesday movies offer members only pricing, club members only so membership cards, if you don't have one Get one.

It was always a great time. Polite and attentive staff. It's expensive as all get out, but what isn't these days. Small seats but clean and nice theater.
