Walmart Supercenter

One of the easiest accessible discount stores around. I went there for rain shoes and boots, for the farm was able to score a nice deal on the clearance items. Additionally, we got some of the farm tools, pliers, spanners, and other accessories necessary for tractor maintenance over here too.

Yelm Walmart has the best floor plan. I also felt safe, unlike going to the lacey Walmart where someone will take your phone out your Purse and the only people the cameras seen around me where employees but the guy that looked at the tapes said he didn't see anyone take it so I will go to yelm when I can instead

I went in but when I wanted and came back out the place was clean organized not too crowded and the staff was friendly and helpful

This Walmart has really turned around! Not that it was ever bad, it just looked like every other one. Now they have displays in certain departments, and it reminds me more of a Macy's than a Walmart. Very well done! 👏

Yelm Walmart is usually always pretty laid back, never too busy, lots of selections, not enough cashier's

Walmart seems to be taking more and more regular checkout stands, and going to self checkout instead.

The employees are nice and help if needed.

They had my sweet and salty almond granola bars that no other Walmart carries anymore that I have been to

Just had a great experience with a cashier named Cecil. He did an excellent job, was delightful to talk to and you can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. Great job Cecil! You are a shining example of what great customer service looks like!

I like the place. My family has been shopping here for many years. Great selection of things. They renovated the bathrooms recently and they look for more modern, and therefore cleaner in my opinion.

Bought my PS5 here. The electronics lady was very knowledgeable and nice. They had them in stock and at a great deal.

I ripped my pants before a wedding. The changing room attendants were super helpful. I was able to check out without any embarrassment.

We drove from olympia to come to the auto center, as the walmarts in our area dont have one. Let me just say it was worth it! Jiffy Lube charges $100+ just for an oil change. we got our oil changed ($35) and a few other things. Our associate Chuck was super nice and very knowledgeable. They got our car done pretty fast too. Our experience was as great and Chuck deserves a Promotion :)

Yelm’s Walmart is the best Walmart location I’ve visited on the entire west coast. It eliminated my need to go elsewhere for my necessary weekend resupply runs. After decades of dreading having to go to a Walmart when a Walmart was the only place that had something I needed, I decided to never go to one again. Yelm location changed my mind. I’ve been to almost every Walmart from Los Angeles, CA to Bellingham, WA, several in upstate NY, NJ and VA. Outside of Arkansas, Yelm’s Walmart is this the only one I’ll go to and is also my favorite supermarket all in all. Here’s why:

Hands down best customer service.

They approach you! They ask you if you need help and what they can do for you. Examples.. Cecil, a customer service clerk, will help you even if your inquiry has nothing to do with shopping here. Countless times Susan, Dalton, Kenzie, Holly, have come up to me and helped me and I’ve seen them do the same for anyone consistently no matter how tired they must be or late it might. I’ve come at all hours and they’re ALWAYS kind and patient. David and the electronics staff are experts and I notice they listen to every customer with patience and they respond with respect. There are many great workers here whose names I’ve shamefully failed to remember to include the security staff who are the example of how loss prevention should be done. Deb Deb will greet you on your worst day and make you leave with a smile. No one here is made to feel intimidated or harassed regardless of their race or appearance. Instead, customers coming and going are made to feel welcomed and appreciated. God bless them.

During such trying times for our country, this Walmart in Yelm is an example of how Americans behave in the face of government corruption and the economic recession we are all suffering. Oh and on more thing.. you’re safe here the moment you park because the residents of Yelm and the Yelm police are true patriots who fear God alone and, insodoing, we look out for one another. Been going here for two and half years now and I can park my car with the windows down and come back and hour later because even the very few homeless residents here are kinder than those elsewhere and the people of Yelm are kind to them

The new remodel is beyond expectations superb!!

We needed everything to put a hospital bed outfitted. We were approached by a friendly employee who came to our aid and we were very happy to have her assistance.
The checker we had was wonderful. I was so glad that he was. He saved me from losing my wallet. I am extremely happy with my experience.
