Safeway

Went in for a parfait, they hadn't made them that morning.
I asked the guy working if they had parfaits at this location,
He said they must be in the back making them and he'd go check.
He went back and a couple minutes later came out with a parfait.
I asked if he made that specifically for me, he said yes.

This man went above and beyond to make sure his customers were happy.
I've never had this type of service before.

I love this place I've been shopping here for years usually go through uscan or Chris's line he's awesome they all are always been helpful the bakery is the best, produce is always fresh meat dept is great ice cream isle crazy alot to choose from luckily they have non dairy choices thank you for that you guys are truly the best

Johnathan was very helpful and pleasant and made a good experience for me. If every business had a Johnathan just like him they would all get five stars

Personally, I think Safeways one of the best around. Really, nothing I've visited in Thurston Mason or Kitsap county would merit five stars. I know there are supermarkets outside of Washington State that rank probably as well, but not here. Prices are excellent, and they are well stocked.

Never very many individual check stands open anymore these days, but the lines move pretty quick at self checkout. Always wonderful and pleasant staff.

What a nice place! Every time I come here people ask if I need help. Very clean, friendly with great smiles. The employees in the Starbucks in this store are also very nice.
Not at all like my local Safeway stores in California.

I love this place I get a huge sub all the time there deli is great the fried Chicken is great as well way to be my local hot spot for late night dinner 😊

Although the deli guy drug his feet and looked like he didn't even care if he served us or not and forgot a label on one of our cold cuts,the cashier made it a 5 star visit. She ran back to the deli got a price label in a heart beat, but the way she bagged our groceries so that all our food stayed cold on a long ride home on a hot day! Thank you for your excellent work!

Love the Safeway it is super clean and friendly definitely would refer to others

This safeway was great open till 1am perfect not like the one in Aberdeen

All of the Safeways have new carts. They only work in a area of the store parking lot. If you go out of the range it locks up. It starts beeping really loud to warn you before, so you can back up into the working area. Better security system's in the parking lots. I feel safer going shopping. Just wish they had more people working at the cash register, so many people need jobs, and there's mostly self check outs.

I was annoyed a bit cause a candy I was trying to buy wouldn't ring up. The clerk went to check the price and made a call. More annoyed cause I was waiting and wasting the day but when the clerk came back she let me know that item was recalled, and they had just missed those ones on the shelf. I happily surprised they had they system in place for that and multiple ways to be sure it didn't get sold. Well done, and I hardly ever leave nice reviews :)

The staff / management does a great job keeping items as well stocked as possible. I have been shopping their long enough that most of them say "hi" when I'm there, it's nice to have that little extra.
My wife is better at downloading the app coupons, I use the Safeway card. We still save a lot. And, my wife enjoys using the gas discount before I can.

Last time I was here I walked up on a lady that said she was robbed out by the left side.

Really happy with the remodeling of the store. Looks more opened and better lighting. Still think that the checking out at the register could improve because it's too crowded with stuff and there's barely room to turn around. Either widen the aisle or get rid of some stuff like the magazines. Feels like you're going into a tunnel. All in all, a nice place to shop. Thanks

Just doing some quick shopping and picking up my prescription. The staff are always very helpful and attentive when I am there.

organized, cleaning, nice workers! I like how it a simple small store however you can get anything you need quickly. Pricing is matched with today's economy..... Everything is too expensive.
