I went to the other one on sleater kinney and they were so rude and so I came to this store and wow the difference is huge ! I was welcomed in and they helped me right away! I walked out with a new phone! I will only be coming to this store from now on thank you!

Ana recommended that I sign up for acp and she helped me with it. Now I'm saving every month. Very happy costumer thank you again!!!

I went there last week , I needed help getting a new phone and plan and the crew working there were so polite and so helpful. They helped me pick out the best phone that met my needs and a new plan and they explained everything. I will be coming to this store only from now on. Christian helped me choose a good plan that would work for me, she was super friendly and had great customer service. She did everything super fast, explained everything in great detail. She not once got frustrated when I didn’t understand what she was explaining and even explained it to me again in such a friendly fashion. I recommend going to her for questions or concerns.

I am no longer a Metro customer, when I moved my signal was spotty so I was forced to switch. I wanted to unlock my phone for my grandma so she could have it and I could not reach customer service via phone since I was no longer a customer.

I called this location and spoke with Christian and she told me to come on in and she would help me out. I got to the store and faced a small bit of difficulty with the unlock but made sure it could happen and she did.

She went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate it very much. So does my grandma!!!

Amazing customer service and the phone plans are amazing. Way cheaper than my previous cervice provider. I reccomend everyone to go to metro pcs. They are a great company with amazing employees that will help you understand what you need to understand and they will not rob you. They are good through and through.

They help me with phone problems

We came in close to closing and thought we would be turned away. Instead Christian and Jesus were more than helpful and worked with a couple of old people to get us up and running. Strongly recommend this branch!

Cracked front and back of my s10+ galaxy, was worried the screen caused internal damage but they fixed the front and back less than half an hour after turning it in and only cost me $30 after their insurance program.
