I called Andy’s Automotive inquiring about a lift on my TRD PRO. I explained I wanted to lift the vehicle and level it out. Andy took the time on that call to explain the process, recommend a product, provide a start to finish timeline and a rough estimate for the project. I really appreciated how Andy took the time to explained his recommendation. He didn’t assume I knew or didn’t know how to do all the things needed to achieve the look I wanted for my 4Runner. Him and his team checked all the boxes from the initial phone call. Not only did I get the exact look I wanted, my 4Runner rides so much nicer!!

I wish I had come to Andy's Automotive earlier in my life. Great service, prices and people! They were available to do the work the car needed just a couple days out and didn't waste any time getting it completed. I am normally without my car for like a week when I take it to a mechanic, but I was only out 1 day! Would recommend Andy's to everyone you will get the best service at a fair price for sure!

Excellent family owned small business. I Took in my Jeep Rubicon to find out why it had a vibration in the steering at high speed. Due to the 4.5” metalcloak suspension lift, the other shops I stopped at said they didn’t have the expertise needed. The owner (Andy) is a knowledgeable professional and has reasonable prices.

Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and quick. Had a lift installed on my vehicle and it rides so much better now. They even took the time to research what lift kit to get before I even spent a dime and called back same day with recommendations. 10/10 would recommend.

Andy’s was great! We had a bad experience with another shop that continued to create problems for a while. Andy’s was able to find and remedy it while doing regular maintenance. They’re friendly and I never worry that they’re ripping me off.

We’ve had Andy’s replace a transmission in our 2004 Accord, perform routine maintenance, and repair brakes on my Jeep. Most recently, Andy’s team installed a 2.5 inch lift and bigger tires on my 2013 Wrangler. This was a big investment and it looks great! It rides smooth and looks awesome. After 5 other shops couldn't figure out the suspension issue on my lifted Dodge, Andy's troubleshooted it and had me back on the road within a few days. Highly recommend!

Have been to this place a couple of times over the last few years. Always a good experience. Went by when one of my headlights went out and Andy himself handled it within about 20 minutes. Price very reasonable. A great little Hidden Gem in Auto Care in Lacey.

I recently took my vehicle to Andy's Automotive & Off Road for a lift, and this month for some new tires, and some additional maintenance work. I must say, I am happy with the results and the overall experience. Andy's team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and customer service, making this a nice automotive experience.

My vehicle may not be your standard pickup truck/SUV to lift, but the team at Andy's Automotive & Off Road took on the lifting job. Even when faced with challenges such as missing parts from the vendor and specific Honda components and fluids required for additional work, they tackled each issue head-on and promptly resolved them.

They do great work, have good prices, and do extra little things that show they value you and your vehicle (like cleaning the windshield and vacuuming the carpets)! I went for the first time because of an emergency and I'm so glad that the tow person told me to go to Andy's Auto, because I've been going ever since! Andy's Auto is a great place to take your car (or off road vehicles)! I love this shop and will only take my car there! Andy and the other employees are honest hard workers! Highly recommended!

We thought our clutch had gone out in our well-loved 1993 Ford Ranger so we took it in for diagnosis and an expected big ticket repair. Andy’s fit us in and they were very through in diagnosing that it wasn’t actually the clutch, but a much less expensive shifter assembly. They didn’t hold back with their honest assessment of the best way to fix it as well as diagnosing the A/C issues we were also dealing with. Very impressed with their honesty and integrity and will definitely use them again.

Andy's did an amazing job diagnosing and repairing some suspension and steering play issues on my AWD Astro. Mike is a legendary mechanic and a really nice dude. Price was fair, work was incredibly high quality, and they did the work super fast. My only complaint is that it took more than a month of weekly calls to finally get a quote, but it was well worth the wait. I would still recommend for any suspension / steering work in a heartbeat.
