Fairfield Inn by Marriott Las Cruces

It’s a great quality and inexpensive hotel, with friendly service, a decent complimentary breakfast, and all the things you would expect from the Marriott chain. The location is convenient, but getting in and out of the parking lot is quite difficult due to heavy traffic on the adjoining street. The rooms aren’t fancy, but they were very clean and everything worked!

Everything was good. The Cook Manager does a very good job maintaining and providing a variety of food. It had the best breakfast in the last 10 hotels I have stayed in. The room was clean and well-groomed. The minor failures are periodic maintainance of the drawer slides and corner trim. You will not be disappointed.

I stayed with my team over at the Fairfield for the Spaceport America Cup of 2023. The hotel was great, the staff were great and service was great.
The rooms were clean and not too small, the laundry machines were good, and the pool was a nice addition to have on our breaks.
We also liked the location near the highway saving us time on our daily travels; nearby restaurants and fast-food places were also a plus making our trip quite smooth.
Everyone on my team had a good stay and we would visit it again. Thanks a lot to the staff.

Best hotel experience in 5 years. Nothing was lacking. No complaints. Great towels. Great pool. Great breakfast. Super great staff. We'll be back for sure.

I really enjoyed the facility and it's location relevant to our visit in the area. The staff was wonderful as was the prepared breakfast. Everything was super clean. I would certainly recommend it!

Stayed here on our way to white sands and I would recommend staying here if you’re in the area! The front desk attendants were extremely helpful and very pleasant to communicate with - the room was clean and a sanitary wipe was included for the (already plastic wrapped) remote. Easy on/off for I25 and close to restaurants and bars.

This place is awesome. The rooms are super clean, staff is attentive and nice, and location is accessible from most of Las Cruces. This is now the only place I'll stay in this city.

This property is super clean and very comfortable. Rosemarie and Bianca at the front desk went above and beyond helping us when my fiance became sick the morning we left. They truly provided excellent customer service and professionalism!!

A great place to stay! I got it n late and the night staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable in true Marriott fashion. I stayed here on my return trip from Texas and I wish I had stayed here on my way out. A Marriott Hotel at a great value. Anytime I need to spend the night in Las Cruces, I will stay here. My Thanks to the night and morning staff for making my stay here great!

The place is fairly dated but everything is very clean, the beds are new and very comfortable (on the softer side which I love), the tvs are newer and nice, the executive desk inside the room has great light for video conferences and is large. Our room had a good sized mini fridge as well. Water was hot, fast, in the shower and sink.

The best part about the stay was how friendly and helpful ALL the staff were. Seemed like I was greeted everytime I walked in the front door. Covid safe as well as they have sanitizer EVERYWHERE, staff all wore masks, and have the check in encased in plexiglass.

My only complaint or suggestion would be to invest some money in replacing the carpet and decor simply due to a dated look.

Nice and clean, quiet place to rest, beds are comfortable, breakfast was pretty good and attendants were kind and courteous.

Ok u guys no I'm hard, but fair on hotels, having worked in them for decades. That being said, I LOVE this hotel. The parking lot is well lit and maintained. Clerk was friendly and patient. The hallways r air conditioned. It was on in the room when we entered. Ahhhh so nice. Beds r bouncy but sheets and white comforters are bright white. The bathroom has a very tight problem with the toilet behind the door. Water pressure was good for the sw. Towels were fluffing that is a super nice surprise. I love the dispensers for shampoo ect. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you

. We traveled from Pennsylvania and stayed 3 night's. The room was very clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet was excellent and Sue was one of the best hostess we've had the pleasure of dealing with. She made sure dining area was spotless and was eager to please. Most definitely will stay there again on next trip!

It was an excellent stay. Very clean and well maintained rooms. The hotel has a strict no smoking policy which goes a long way to benefit the cleanliness. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, all of which were fresh. Overall it was a very good place to stay.

Everything is great. We booked at the last minute as we were driving across country. The guy on the phone and then at the front desk was super nice and helpful. My keys were waiting for me when I got there. The rooms were just like all the Marriott Fairfields are, which was perfect. My children and I always love the breakfast there. The food was great but the breakfast attendant lady was a little stressed out and scowling. I was afraid to leave any crumbs.

Hotel is right off the freeway and next to a lot of places to eat within walking distance. Pool was clean and refreshing. They had some pool noodles for guests to use. Room was clean. Fridge was very quiet. Blackout curtains were great. Coffee is available 24 hours in the front lobby. Fast check in.

Front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping staff were WONDERFUL! Clean quiet rooms, and a good location to reach shopping and the likes. Would stay again.

The price was right and great service all around. Our vehicles battery died and Sean who was working in the lobby graciously jumped the battery with his own vehicle so that I could get on my way. Our family greatly appreciates the above and beyond service from Sean!
