I have nothing but the upmost respect and appreciation for Ms. Teresa Votaw, my caseworker. She helped me throughout this entire process. She was so kind and compassionate. Always helping me in every possible way that she could. There was never any judgment or condemnation, only respect and positive direction. I have multiple Sclerosis and it presents many difficulties, but she helped me every step of the way. I'm so grateful to her.

Their U/A call in time is 1/2 the time of mental health/Veterans court, 8:30 until 10. It creates bariers for success

Really nice and understanding, I've been honestly not very good on remembering dates and they give me seconds chances. I have not had one single issue with this estabishment.

Worked here for years. They really do care about the community they serve! Loved every second of being there!

I had no idea what this program was about. I just spent the money in the beginning to help get my case dismissed. A lot of money! Theresa Votaw was my representative. She did well to get a hold of me if I was busy or lapsed checking in on our scheduled check in dates. It was two times a month. This program is like a bail bondsman. They monitor your progress with a different program: Social treatment opportunity program. Also, you may finish the STOP program but you still need to check with Diversion services for no less then a years time. State law if I recall correctly. It’s a confusing process but diligence and patience will help get anyone through it. It’s a highly emotional time. But it is a good option if you know you’re innocent but the courts want to railroad you and will more then likely charge you anyway. REMEMBER; in a DV case. Even if your spouse won’t testify or press charges, the state can still charge you. This is not explained with any provided attorney. But, my case was dismissed in the end thanks to the assistance of this program. Mission accomplished.

The workers were friendly BUT they explained little. I was charged more during sign up than I was told over the phone, they did not give me any details about how being on EHM would be, and offered VERY little help when I asked for more information. Half the website doesn't work. When you click on the FAQs, it tells you that page has been removed.

All they need to do is make a small pamphlet for when you sign up. Or when they send you a confirmation email for your appointment, have a "what to expect while on EHM".

So thankful for this program but Friendship Diversion Services does not make you feel prepared for your situation.

What a joke, this ‘service’ provides no actual service, they just take your money and treat you poorly for months on end. Teresa in particular is very unqualified for, and terrible at, her job. She is disrespectful, condescending and honestly doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing or why she’s there and neither do I. I am counting the minutes until I can be done with this horribly run establishment, a true disgrace.

The cost was twice as much as I was quoted. I told them I was not interested if the cost was more than the fine would be. They let me believe it would be cheaper, but was $730 and the fine was $250. Feels like a rip off to me.

I think its a scam and someone is receiving kickbacks.
