Great atmosphere at this target, I always love target, but I feel especially welcome at this one

The employees are great here. Easy returns, quick with pickup orders, and friendly. Store is always clean.

With my lack of leg strength, I'm unable to shop without an electric cart. Target always seems to have one available. As for Safeway, they very seldom have one available. So I'm unable to shop there. Great job Target!!!

Had several returns to make and the gal that helped me was understanding that they were on 3 different receipts. She was patient and had a great attitude!

I have always had a good experience shopping in the lady's clothing department. I keep my receipts in case I need to return anything so that it's an easy process.
The cosmetic department has all of the name brands I shop for. I've found Target to be my go to store for almost anything.

Shopping for doordash can be frustrating if you don't know the layout of the store. Micah stopped his stocking to help us find everything we couldn't find in the personal care section.
Without his help we would be wandering around with no clue. He is an awesome young man

I had ordered items on line and waited for 2 hours as instructed to. Went to pickup the items but they did not have time to pull the items. I stated I would go shopping and come back. 45 min later the items was still not available. Customer pickup suggested finding the items and bringing them back to them to insure correct pricing and they would also take of and addtl. 10% off my total. I felt they went up and above making it right that the pickup wasn't ready.

Great selection, nice staff, great prices--and I got what I wanted on sale, so what's not to like? I always try Target first and especially glad I did today.

Every transaction is consistently good. Accuracy, friendliness, timeliness. Target is hitting the mark (pun intended) every time. I can't say that about ANY other pick-up system. So keep up the good work. The only thing that would make me shop more consistently at Target (I already love the red card discount) is a better food selection, and that isn't what Target is really about, so I'm not holding that against you guys.

This is the only Target I shop at in my area. Usually only go early morning, or later in the evening. Middle of the day and weekends especially, is OUT of the question!! Waaayyyy too busy and usually only 1-2 actual cashiers open. Otherwise it’s just self checkout, and that line is usually crazy long.

Didn't have what I wanted but had great suggestions on where to go

Best experience ever, in getting new Consumer Cellular service with old phone number ported, and new phone up and running for my brother. The sales agent prepared me (via phone) in advance of what would be needed from his old carrier so it was a breeze when we came in to buy his phone and get it set up for him.

A great place for groceries, clothing, and more! Only downside would be the lines. It seems that every time I'm in here, even with the self-checkout, I'm waiting in line 15 sold minutes.

Variety of options and prices. Target Store in West Olympia always stocks my favorite coffee cream, NutPods, and has a variety of other options to choose from at great prices. From purchasing a special gift for someone else or little something for myself. Lots of styles and ideas under one roof!

Friendly staff and very helpful!

I brought my toddler into the store (as a single parent I have to do these things in a pandemic) and all the employees were so attentive, making sure she was watched by a parent, as she ran ahead of me in the store. Then I sat down to nurse and someone came over and directed me into my own personal nursing space, with a comfy chair where I could always try on clothes.

I love Targets workout clothes. The employees always smile & ask me if they can help me find something. I have the best experience during the morning hours. Its easier to shop and less crowded. I find myself purchasing groceries there often. Their market is always stocked . They carry my daughters favorite drink. The Ripple pea protein in chocolate is a must for her. I buy fruit about every other day there. I use the cartwheel app when I shop. It's nifty. I compare this Target to the past ones I have been to. I find it overall pleasant to shop at.

I ALWAYS have a positive experience at this store with the customer service that I receive. Today, I have to write about it because it is such a great moment and the management should be proud. I did an online order for pick-up this morning but of course the baby was sleeping by the time I arrived so I called when I saw some new signage for “drive-up”. I was informed that it’s not actually active yet but the gentleman I spoke to said he would bring it out for me no problem! So, thank you Bradley for making that seamless! I truly appreciate this service, today and in the future!

It's Target! We look at Target as our middle of the road store. It's almost always better quality than Walmart for a bit more money. We got some groceries here for the first time too... Pretty good prices. Better prices than Safeway but about half the items.
