I always get the Tom Yum soup.. it is one of the most flavorful and revitalizing broths I have tasted. Now they have this new rice noodle salad dish, Yum Woomln Sen.. clean and bright flavor with multiple textures that give me good energy for the rest of my day. Highly recommend! I have been going to Thai Kitchen for over 20 years. Their food is hands down the best Thai food I have ever had. It’s an amazing family business. Everything is fresh never frozen. Paul and Melissa make you feel like you are family. They always remember you. If you haven’t tried it, you must.

Best Thai food in Spokane hands down! Only take out no dining in but we prefer to eat at home anyways so this was perfect for us. My favorite dish so far is fried rice but I can't wait to explore even more of their menu. Great staff definitely gonna be back soon!

If I could leave 10 stars in every category I would! The food here is absolutely delicious. I get takeout from Thai Kitchen almost weekly and have never been disappointed. Consistency is key and these guys get it right! The service here is nothing short of wonderful. They are extremely attentive, get to know you personally and memorize your favorites quickly. Other restaurants should take a leaf out of Thai Kitchen's book!

The food at Thai Kitchen is PHENOMENAL and when you think it couldn't get any better, they knock it out of the park with their customer service. I have been ordering lunch here once I week since I first tried it. They know when I'm calling, greet me by name and always remember my usual order. Paul is the kindest man, and it's always a pleasure to talk with him when we pick up our food. Again, the food here is wonderful and I have yet to have something that I didn't like. I look forward to our meal here every week! This place is a true gem.

Hands down the BEST Thai food this side of Thailand! Paul, Benji, and Melissa provide an unforgettable culinary experience with their combination of customer service and authentic Thai cuisine. I've sampled many items on the menu and have never walked away disappointed. My latest try was the Salmon Curry and it was absolutely phenomenal! Thai Kitchen is a true gem!

By far my favorite restaurant in Spokane. Their food is nothing short of incredible. Not to mention the family that is behind Thai Kitchen is half of what makes this place the best hidden gem around. Try it, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve eaten Thai food all over the world: Portland, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Paris, Luxembourg, Dublin and more. Thai Kitchen is the best Thai food I’ve ever had! Hands down. I only found it 10 years ago and it may make no sense the best Thai in the world is hidden in an understated location in Spokane, WA, but trust me - if you know Thai food this place is the best! Same chef since 1990 is what they told me and it shows!

Another great meal from Thai Kitchen. It’s been 25 years of pure enjoyment every time we eat it. Paul, Benji and Melissa do quality Thai food. If you’ve never had their Thai food you’re missing out. It’s the best we’ve ever had.

This is the only good Thai place for miles! I grew up in San Jose and was always surrounded by great Thai food. I was sad to miss that diversity moving here until I found Thai kitchen! Their food so good and the flavor is amazing. Even though it’s takeout only and takes some coordination, it really is so worth it!

I have had the pleasure of dining at Thai Kitchen for over 30 years now. Paul, Benji and the girls are truly amazing people. There are not enough stars available to rate this fabulous dining establishment. Food is outstanding and the service is terrific.
I moved away from the area 5 years ago and reside in a larger city. To date, I have tried over 25 Thai food restaurants and can gladly say, i still have not found anyone to compare to our Thai Kitchen.

Coming from San Francisco, we had no idea what to expect from a Thai restaurant in Spokane Valley. On the recommendation of the very kind and friendly owner and server, we ordered panang curry (spice level 0/5, for the midwestern palate), jumbo prawns with basil in chili oil (spice level 3/5 - quite hot, but not overpoweringly so), and two orders of rice. Both dishes were incredibly delicious, and were clearly made with super fresh ingredients. The chef accommodated a broad range of spice tolerances without compromising on flavor — sweet, savory, sour, all in balance! We also ordered a Thai tea (dairy free version, with coconut milk). It had great depth and was not too sweet. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be regulars at Thai Kitchen.

I recommend calling ahead, as the wait can be rather long (but well worth it) if you just show up like we did!

This is a locally owned restaurant. Melissa and her father offer great service and their food is amazing! If you are ever in the area, you won’t regret trying it and I am pretty sure you’ll be coming back for more.

Thai food fit for royalty, yet served so kindly — like eating with family. We have been eating at Thai Kitchen for 20 some years and in that time have found it to be perhaps the most authentic, and certainly the highest quality of any Thai restaurant we have dined at in the States…Our favorites include the dumplings, TomKhaGai soup, green curry and the panang curry, MooTod (pork&garlic), and of course PadThai…among many others (the peanut sauce is also phenomenal —be sure to order extra peanut sauce maybe extra extra peanut sauce, you’ll be craving that for days).
It is worth reiterating that the Panang Curry is quite like none other— A dish that is so special you can’t stop thinking about it …
Paul and his daughter Melissa can answer any questions, while Benji truly creates wonders in the kitchen. Paul will be happy to make suggestions for your entire meal and always has time to converse!!
The SwimmingRama (at Melissa’s suggestion) for our anniversary dinner in mid-October was fantastic.
Don’t forget to try a Thai tea and coffee!!!!!

**Note that for the time being, since the pandemic and everything else in our ever-changing world, Thai Kitchen is doing takeout orders only and they are opened for I think four or 5 afternoons a week… you will need to call early in the morning or leave a message on their answering machine a couple days ahead to place an order… it may sound cumbersome, but it’s not (trust me). it is a very quick process, they handle everything efficiently and beautifully. they do very few orders in a day, so great care is taken to serve you the best possible meal.

My family has eaten at the Thai Kitchen for 30 years. This is "the best" Thai food, made and served by "the best" people. I have my favorites, but I have had everything on their menu over the years and everything is amazing. Very consistent, (again, 30 years) amazingly fresh and authentic. Paul, Benji, and Melissa never disappoint. We appreciate you all so much. Thank you for all the love and memories, with more to come.

This is the absolute best Thai food in the area/ anywhere I have ever eaten and the owners are pure gems! They are kind, caring, and so awesome! I highly recommend.

Thai Kitchen never missed in providing the best Thai food in town! My fave is squid with chili oil and the best by far I've ever tasted! They made me feel like we've known each other for quite a while and treated me like family. And I don't have any issues picking up the food because it's like a drive thru! This place is legit! I've been to Thailand twice and was hoping Spokane would get a more authentic Thai restaurant on par with the west side of the state. This place is it. Only draw back is it's still only take out.

The food here is fresh, healthy, and absolutely amazing. They only do takeout and sometimes are very busy at lunch - so call early if you can. Best Thai food I have had in Spokane.

Best Thai Food in the PNW! The owners and their daughters make it feel like you are family! Food is expertly prepared using the freshest ingredients. They remember what you like and all of the personal details about you! One of my all time favorites! You will not be disappointed!!
