Zions Bank Bloomington

I’ve been with Zions bank for 20+years and have had nothing but the best of service.

It was easier to withdraw and close my account than it was to simply change my maiden name to my married name. They wanted me to bring in my father, husband, and marriage license to change the name... my DL and SS card wouldn’t suffice. Won’t be banking with Zion again.

They are charging me $150 a year for my credit line. I haven’t used it for over a year and called to get my money back. I called the branch in Hurricane and no one would call me back. I called the branch in Bloomington where we opened our business account over twenty years ago and no one will call me back from there either. I’m going to find another place to open a new account.

Why would you close on a Monday after a holiday?
This does not make sense. Today is just another day not a holiday.
Is it for people just born this morning!? Or just happened to forget that " YESTERDAY" was a holiday...

Manager needs to sit down and either have a long talk or fire Jeannette! She is unbelievably rude. I have banked with Zions bank for over 20 years and have never delt with someone so rude at a branch.
