Absolutely the best experience. We purchased a new home that had appliances sourced from AWP. We wanted to upgrade and AWP gave us the full amount the builder paid for our existing appliances, then came out and swapped them out for us. We had an adjustment issue with our dishwasher door and Ian at AWP sent a tech out within an hour of our call. When I thanked him for the quick service, I was told the tech had been in our area anyway. Okay, maybe all service calls aren't that quick, but we're very pleased with AWP. They also price matched Home Depot and Lowes. We will be purchasing all our appliances from AWP from now on.

Great place for appliances! Very helpful sales staff - knowledgable, no pressure. I went in just to check things out, but they ended up having exactly what I was looking for and it was in stock, so I went home with a new dishwasher and all the parts to install it. Highly recommend!

We purchased our new home appliances in August of 2016 and our refrigerator door got dinged. I just called into AWP and talked to Jessie and they just ordered me a new skin for my refrigerator and will install. All for no charge! This is amazing.
