Excellent service. I stopped in to replace my RV mattress, and while the first one I purchased ended up being too heavy and bulky for my rig, they were happy to let me return it for a better fit. They also took the old, original mattress off my hands and even helped me get the new one into the RV. Wonderful, friendly, helpful people. Thanks Dave and Justin!

Such an easy experience! David helped me find a new mattress to replace a new but very uncomfortable mattress I bought elsewhere. He listened, pointed me to a few he thought would work for me, found one and a new adjustable base for a great price. David made it very easy. See him at the Pioneer store. He’s awesome!

Best service ever. Dave showed me options for a frame and box spring I didn’t even know existed and it was a cheaper and better solution. It’s great to shop where people know their product. Great price, too!

We walked in to look at a specific mattress. Dave was friendly and greeted us almost immediately on entering the store. He pointed out the mattress we were looking for. Then showed us other brands of the type we were looking for. He gave us his opinion on several brands which was most helpful. Dave was never pushy. He answered our questions and let us decide. Our experience with the Mattress Store was excellent! We explained what our vision was for a new bunk room, our salesman suggested a few different ideas to consider, and in a short amount of time we had what we needed No pressure, no hassle! Perfect!

My experience was much better than anticipated. I had planned on going to other stores to compare prices and products but the staff was knowledgeable and straightforward and, in the end, Mattress Store had everything I was looking for and I didn't feel pressured at all.
