Harbor Freight Tools

Went with my pops..cause he was looking for a broom for outside.. of course we didn't know are way around the store so we ask an employee if f he can point the way. It course that's not only what he did, he also escorted us the way there.. they were out of stock in the front. So he offer to check the back for us.. I'm didn't catch the workers name.. but he had great customer service. Let say all the employees there that night were a great help. And They were stocking that night.. so to stop what he was doing to help my pops is what a great customer service is about.. 5stars is just not enough.. should be ten.. thanks guys .

Very friendly staff. Lots of tools and options. Prices most of the time are cheaper than other stores.

Great place to go and Shop I came here and bought me a sander at some sandpaper and the workers here were very polite and helpful they helped me find what I needed.

The parking lot was small but it was in a plaza other than that the service was off the wall and had the stuff I needed.

Customer service was horrible given the fact that they were busy but despite that I was still able to find the assistance that I needed. (And now they still have everything I need, just not everything I want. Customer service still great.)

I love HF their prices are the lowest in the area & they are very well stocked. I got my hitch extension it was $50 less than anywhere else. The clerk was very helpful... I recommend shopping here.

Since missing Sears since they closed, This store has become the go to place for my hubby. They are not top of the line products but get the job done just as well. Return process is easy. Warranty available on most items. Staff is always helpful n friendly....

Absolutely love this store. I discovered it through a few different people several years ago. I had never heard of it and was shopping for tools and yard equipment at other big box stores.
The tools are super affordable and are definitely decent quality so don’t be discouraged by naysayers.
I’ve got drills, grinders, sawsalls, racks, dolly’s and tons of clamps and hand tools that are all strong and lasting. Such a great place to save cash. Ordering online for your local store is a great idea too.
Service at my store has always been top notch. No attitude even during the pandemic when employees were hard to get and holding their jobs hostage. None of that at all. Always helpful and friendly.

The deals are pretty good, just got some storage containers for my art supplies, they are working out well. I'm impressed with the quality for the price. They always have kind employees, willing to help you find whatever you need. I would definitely come back.

Handyman, if you need it, it's probably at Harbor freight, and it's cheaper than anywhere around! But not every tool is top quality, so have fun but be careful!

I needed to purchase a nylon tow rope for a neighbor who needed to tow a classic antique car. Once we found an employee, he was knowledgeable, and got us what we needed right away. Cashier was efficient, and we were in and out in no time. They seem to have everything mechanical and electrical, with aisles and aisles of items. When you can't find something you need right away, get it from Harbor Freight!

You'll find a variety of tools at very affordable prices. Remember to check online coupons. I got a free light.

I just like Harbor Freight, cause I can get all my Nick nacks and tools there, plus the personal there have always been so helpful. I can leave there with change in my pocket for snacks and ice tea and whatnot. I get text messages from H. F. about their sales and promotions ahead of everyone. Also, if you join their membership club you can save even more money. Harbor Freight is great for the budget minded. I highly recommend it.

I love coming to this store. Not only can I find pretty much any tool for any job, they are priced low and I can actually afford them. Also the customer service is definitely a 5star rating as well. Everyone I have met so far has been super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist.

picked up a few items, and while I was waiting in line somone tried to go infront of me and the cashier asked them if they had been waiting like the rest of us and they had to go wait in line and not cut, it was nice that they made them follow the order of things.

I recently bought a car buffer here and while the coupon I had didn't apply, the associate still did his best to apply it. Still very good prices for what I got.
