Mt. Fuji Hibachi and Asian Bistro

The hibachi experience was fun and exciting! The steak was lacking flavor but the chicken was much better. The fried rice has no vegetables in it, and the vegetable medley was lacking in variety. Overall good experience, but I prefer other hibachi restaurants.

Really nice place to go to for celebration. The atmosphere is very good, well lit with a nice overall relaxing feel to it. They have Kobe beef, which was very good, and their shrimp was delicious as well. Sushi and dumplings were worth trying for sure. Fuji apple sake was a good experience. The lamb chops were very nice as well, but it was a bit messy to eat those. Will return to try other dishes!

Best hibachi hands down! We ordered the steak, scallops, chicken and shrimp, and everything came out perfectly! Our hibachi chef was also very entertaining, singing and serving us fried rice, while flaying our food and lighting onions on fire! I really think this place is the bomb! Pricey but worth it. They also have a ton of pics of Will Smith in the lobby, haha! The sake was definitely great as well.

One of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Jack the hibachi chef put on a great presentation and everything was delicious.

Honestly, it's the best sushi in town, and the best for a few towns in any direction. My go-to place for many years.

This is our favorite place to go on date nights, my wife and I. You have to try the tiger shrimp appetizer, so delicious. I've enjoyed everything I have ever ordered here. Great atmosphere, great service and great food.

Very nice place, well greeted, very attentive and the food was good.

I had a great experience here with my family. First of all, they're clearly understaffed and yet still busted their humps to give great service. Hibachi was really good, they have my favorite style noodles, fresh meats and fish, amazing sushi. I really like this place especially as a fun family dinner!

Always consistent and delicious drinks and Asian fare. Husband loves the sushi, while I am crazy for their Pad Thai extra spicy. The new outdoor dining section is very nice. Have never been disappointed!

Just got back from Mt. Fuji for dinner. Our party of four arrived at 5:15pm on a Saturday and we were seated immediately. The server was very friendly, informative, and attentive. The food tasted incredible (we ordered soft shell crab tempura, chicken fried rice, shrimp fried rice, basil chicken, spicy tuna/salmon sushi, and green tea ice cream) and we left stuffed! We were also surprised at how affordable it was, considering most hibachi restaurant charge $25+/entree. We will go back again!

Food was awesome very good experience, Only one chef was working and he did amazing to make sure he was there for everything we needed. If there was a rating for 10 stars id give it 10/10

We went for a family celebration and enjoyed the hibachi meal. Everyone enjoyed the presentation, and everyone's food was excellent. The meals are pricey, though, for a family. For 9 people, we spent over $300.

Very good menu, excellent specialty sushi rolls, moderately priced for the area, quick service. Dining staff is very courteous and helpful. Excellent bar and available takeout. Reservations highly recommended on weekends, they get very busy.
