Texas Roadhouse

First time to a Texas Roadhouse and saw the HUGE crowd gathering outside before it opened so decided to join the line and see what the hype is about.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - ordered a Combo Appetizer and Full Slab Ribs. The complimentary sweet honey butter breads were astonishingly good! Since it's sweet already, there's no need for the cinnamon butter provided. Our server decided what items to get for us in the combo appetizer and we got the boneless buffalo wings, fried pickles, and tater skins. The wings were surprisingly tender and well spiced. The SO loved the fried pickles and the tater skins were on the saltier side but exactly what one could expect from baked potato skins. The ribs were amazing as well since they were fall off-the-bone tender with just the right touch of BBQ sauce. The cup of chili and sweet potato sides were wonderful as well.

Service: 5/5 - Maddin was extremely friendly and made perfect recommendations for us. She followed up multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed including all the bread we wanted! The service was extremely quick but we didn't feel rushed. I think from the moment of seating to paying for our check was less than 40 minutes total.

Ambiance: 5/5 - large restaurant with plenty of seating but the place was packed within the first 30 minutes of opening. The overall atmosphere is warm and rustic even with the number of servers running food and taking orders all around.

Value for price: 5/5 - delicious food, generous portions, super quick service, and friendly atmosphere. Would probably avoid the weekends next time but we are definite fans of Texas Roadhouse!

Music was very loud until the second time someone asked for it to be turned down.
My sirloin was amazing, so tender, very tasty, veggies were not overcooked, and the salad was good too.

Nice ambiance, sports bar mix with country style resturant, relaxed and informal, delicious food, and great service. Must have appetizer the Cactus Blossom (much better version of the onion rings). The meat, ribs and shrimp were delicious. If you order before 5pm there is a dinner special. Plenty of free parking. Family resturant, kids welcome.

The staff at the St George Texas Roadhouse are all so nice! They were really busy when we came in but our server still took such good care of us! She was so so nice. Mayra deserves a raise 👏
The food was also AMAZING. We got the rattlesnake bites as an appetizer and they did not disappoint!!! I also got the ribs and they do quite literally fall of the bone. The ribs were so tender and yummy 😋

The last time I had Texas Roadhouse was over 7 years ago in the midwest and I have missed it so much. This time the food was as amazing and delicious as what I remembered. We had Prime Rib with 2 sides, ribs, garlic shrimp, and of course their signature bread with cinnamon butter, all came in fresh, huge portion, and tasty. The staff was really friendly and the vibe was great.

Killer food and friendly atmosphere. I had a great sirloin steak and sweet potato! Thanks for your amazing service Blaine!
Blaine was confident, kind and knowledgeable about the menu. He was washing the bar area down, taking care of drinks for the rest of the staff but continued to wait on me awesomely well and kept a great conversation and connection the entire time. The rolls are so damn naughty and the sirloin and sweet potato are my goto! Thanks again Blaine, you remind me of one of my sons.

Had an absolute fantastic experience thanks to our phenomenal server Ernie. If I could give him 6 stars I would. He was perfectly attentive, friendly, and very courteous. Prime rib was cooked to perfection, even though I forgot to add the mushrooms Ernie was right there to save the day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to Ernie and the whole crew for a wonderful dining experience.

My shrimp came out on top of bread. It doesn't state that on the menu and I have a gluten allergy. But other than that everything was great. This was after they took the bread away. Looks yummy! 😋

Jesse is the most awesome waiter ever! The guy is practically everywhere at once, and still attentive to his tables, as well as being social when appropriate. I will ask to be in Jesse's section every time that I go to Texas Roadhouse.

My husband and I had lunch today and it was absolutely perfect! We both had Ribeyes that were cooked perfectly! My husband tried to cut the ribs to share with me, but it was pointless... The meat was literally coming right off the bone! Our server, Matt, provided next level customer service! He took the time to explain the menu and confirm the temps of our steaks, was always right there when we needed him, but not overbearing at all! The manager, Shae, even came over and gave us a little welcome treat since it was our first time! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Texas Roadhouse for a wonderful experience all around!!! I would have added pictures of the food, but there was nothing left!

Texas Roadhouse is a haven for meat lovers. It's known for its hand-cut steaks, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and house-made Texas chili. And my personal favorite the bacon cheeseburger and fries! The atmosphere is lively, filled with country tunes and a warm, rustic decor and sports! Service is friendly and attentive. I had the best waiter! His name was Braxton I believe. Don't miss the complimentary bucket of in-shell peanuts and fresh baked bread with cinnamon butter! It's a great place for a hearty meal with family or friends.

I sincerely have never had better service at any other food establishment than this place, and it’s all thanks to Chris and DeJuan! We waited over an hour due to our large party, but as soon as we were seated we were greeted with great vibes from these two gentlemen. We didn’t have to ask for refills on anything and we’re definitely glad they were our servers! If I were you, I’d ask to have them as your server as you’ll be guaranteed amazing service.

This place is always full of good food and great service! The steak was delicious and man those rolls are dangerously tasty with the cinnamon butter!

Wow! I was really impressed on my recent visit to Texas Roadhouse. I haven't been in a couple of years but decided to try it out. This place always seems to be busy so plan ahead, but I felt the staff did a great job in getting things out quick and the service was phenomanal. Our server was attentive, and very kind, not instrusive but was there when needed. The ambience had a great energy... Must be the southern Texas manners rubbing off in there. My 3 year old daughter got so excited when the staff would go around and sing happy birthday to those birthday boys and girls. Really great culture it seemed like within the staff. Overall if I could give 5+ stars I would for service and overall experience dining here.

As far as the food goes, prices are very competitive. It is BBQ cuisine, but the quality wasn't amazing... That's the only downfall of the restaurant is the food just wasn't wow-ing us. We ordered the Burger, the Ribeye, and the Ribs for main dishes. We also got the boneless chicken wings as an appetizer. That was super good! Ribs were probably some of the best I had, but the steak and everything else was just satisfactory? I feel as if I'm going to spend around $30 on a steak it should be bonkers good? Maybe not? It was much better quality than an Outback steakhouse or chain, but not something I would crave again. It was a little on the thinner side and fairly greasy. Not sure how it was cooked but it was cooked to temp (medium rare).

The food just wasn't something that left us wanting to come back and craving more. However, the experience and service, is something that really impressed us.

I think if you are celebrating a birthday of event and want an affordable steak or dining experience that can do so efficiently, this is definitely the place. Highly recommend the sweet potato with brown sugar!

A really nice Texas Roadhouse! Steaks sometimes come out of the kitchen a little inconsistent to what was ordered but they always fix it super quickly and happily. Otherwise food is amazing and servers are always awesome!

Unreal food , this is the best food I ever had in my whole life !
The bread was amazing, Cesar salad out of this world , o got the medallions with mushrooms! Out of this world .
