Harbor Freight Tools

The Harbor Freight store in Washington is MUCH larger than the one in Idaho Falls. The Idaho Falls store was out of the battery tenders that I wanted and they had been the last 4 times I was in. I stopped at HF in Washington Utah and I was amazed at the things they had including the heavier battery tenders. I asked where I could find them and the cashier walked me back and showed me right where they were. The store in Washington is two or three times as large as the one in Idaho. I was IMPRESSED! Good service and WOW what a variety of products.

So I live in Las Vegas and happened to be in St. George for work, while their 12 days of deals were going on. I had to buy my US General 5 drawer tool cart here because this is where I was on the day of the sale of the tool cart. Anyway the staff was awesome the day I pre-ordered the tool cart. As well as the staff when I picked it up, and it arrived earlier than expected, at least 2 weeks earlier than I was told I would be able to pick it up. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. So thank you to everyone who works there for the exceptional service!!!!

I love Harbor Freight because they have a wide range of affordable tools and equipment. The store is always well-stocked and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Whenever I visit Harbor Freight, I feel like a kid in a candy store. Their prices are unbeatable, and I always end up finding exactly what I need. Whether it's for a DIY project or a professional job, Harbor Freight is my go-to store for all my tool needs.

I went for a very specific tool and I knew they had it. I love harbor freight and always have since I discovered it. Do their tools last a lifetime? No. Will I even last a lifetime? Probably not. The only down side is the lines, they haven’t been as bad lately but if you go at noon on a Saturday take a sack lunch.

Everyone knows they're buying inferior quality tools here but surprisingly they don't always break right away. I bought a water pump here and I've only had to fix it twice. It's like I won the lottery.

Good shop with plenty of tools. Friendly staff that was willing to help but not in your business. Heard the associate that was walking the floor help two different people with problems, and he seemed to have the answer to both. Had a section for watch tools which was good to see. Lots of tarp sizes which were nice not quite the quality I wanted but they had the sizes I needed so thats great!

I just called in and spoke with Michelle at the Washington city Harbor Frieght. I was looking for a very specific tool and I couldn't find it but she found it and even gave me the sku. Fabulous and friendly customer service. Thank you Michelle.

The staff here are AMAZING! I suffered a inverter failure and it took a couple trips to Harbor Freight to get the right setup. They saved the trip! Thanks again!

Harbor Freight is a great place to get the tools to fill up your toolbox. However, make sure you research to know which tools are good, and those designed for single use.

This harbor freight is well stocked. The employees are friendly but not overly insistent like some places. There's a great selection of stuff and the men in my life seem to really love this place.

Moved to the area a year ago and have been going to the location in Washington Utah. I have purchased several items and I am really impressed with the service this store gives. Have dealt with Kirk several times and he goes above and beyond. Customer service is top notch.

These guys are awesome. I was helping a neighbor with an item he purchased that wasn’t working. It was a big item and I was worried it had been to long and they wouldn’t help my neighbor out. The manager told me to bring it in and he swapped it out and took care of us. I was really impressed with the service and employees. Thank you
