aspyn helped me upgrade my phone, and i had a wonderful experience. she was easy to talk to, it felt like i was talking to a friend rather than someone trying to sell me a bunch of stuff. it went a lot smoother than im used to, upgrading phones can be such a pain!

I was in a situation where I needed to replace a phone for my parents who are in the 90’s and unable to do it themselves. On top of that I was only visiting them and had to go back out of town the next day. Having said all that… Felicia to the rescue! Oh yeah! Intelligent, considerate, empathetic, and willing to do what it takes to have you be a satisfied and happy customer! When I do my next upgrade to a new phone I will be coming to this store. Praying Felicia will be there. You can trust this person for five-star treatment!

I don’t usually write reviews but I gotta give it up for Felicia who gave me the best customer service I have ever had. She went above and beyond calling everyone for me to change over to “Firstnet.” I mean this when I say this, “ONLY GO TO FELICIA IN WASHINGTON!!” She will get the job done. I’ve been to all the other stores and I don’t mind driving an extra mile just to go to her. #GIVETHISLADYARAISE🤙🏽

I was having a bad day struggling with all kinds of phone issues. Greg took charge of my situation and m ade me feel better right off the bat. He was the only employee in the store but he made me feel like a had a whole team addressing my issues. Greg got me back on track while dealing with 3 other customers at the same time! He made me a loyal ATT customer and ambassador again!

I had a stressful (as many do) experience losing my phone in a River while I was on vacation in southern Utah, went to this store just before closing on a holiday and the store manager, Alecia, was AMAZING!! She really came through for me and worked very hard to get me taken care of when ATT via phone was being VERY difficult to deal with, and I appreciate her SO much! Because of her, I was able to get back on the grid and fly out the next day. Thank you so much Alecia, your tenacious spirit and hard work are very much appreciated!

While setting up the personal preferences on my new phone, I noticed the WiFi Calling was disabled. When I tried to turn it on, I was prompted to call AT&T to activate the service on my account. I called AT&T and reached an overseas call center. While the tech was working on my eSIM card, the call disconnected and I lost Cell Service. So, not only my WiFi Calling was disabled, but now I had No Cell service either.
I walked into this store, and was greeted by Felicia. She patiently listened as I explained what had happened! Within SECONDS she figured out the problem (for some reason, the Call Center tech had activated a second eSIM on my phone, before deactivating the first one). Felicia, promptly, restored my Cell Service by deactivating the first eSIM card.
She also figured out the issue with WiFi Calling (we just recently moved here from another state, and WiFi Calling Emergency address was in conflict with the location of my phone and the new address).
The two issues above require knowledge of the product to solve. I was beyond impressed by how Felicia was able to solve these problems so effortlessly. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, personable, and had a way of putting me at ease while she fixed my cell phone service.
Customer Service Reps, such as Felicia, is why I am a loyal AT&T customer. Every carrier has its good points and bad points. They offer the same products. What sets them apart is the employees and customer service. And to me, this store is going to be my go to store for as long as I live in the valley.

I went in to the store kinda frustrated as I could not seem get my phone to do anything besides shut down. Felicia helped me to troubleshoot and get my phone back to working order. It was not an easy task and throughout the whole process Felicia was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. It's always nice to come across someone who has amazing customer service skills.

When we walked In we were considering moving my husband's service from Verizon. The reason for the good review is all because of the customer service we received from the tech,Ashton
Ashton was not only professional in behavior but extremely knowledgeable also. Our questions were answered clearly and we were also given options when appropriate. I would go out of my way and go back to this location so I could receive help from Ashton. We are all looking forward to the whole family being with AT&T

This location had the best employees I have ever dealt with in this business. They knew what they were doing for the first time I came into a cell phone store happy and left happy. Employees here are knowledgeable smart and professional Jeremy the manager assisted me. It was easy to tell the other customer in the store was being treated good also. Highly recommend this location for cellular needs

Went in to upgrade my niece to a new IPhone and it couldn’t have been easier. Not only were we able to upgrade her but thanks to the knowledge of the representative we were also able to get an upgrade for my sister and put them on a family plan with me for a very good price. Sure the wait was a little long but in their defense there was only one employee working there. I’d recommend this store to anyone.
