I have been taking ukulele lessons with Paul for the last few months. He has shown real patience in dealing with this senior student. He is extremely knowledgeable, and geared the instruction to me. I recommend him highly! I also would like to acknowledge Scott, the sales rep, who helped me with the scheduling and billing. He was also very patient.

Since we moved the store has supported my girls musical journey. I've bought accessories, rented a violin, had my daughters Flute repaired, bought a new Flute, tried guitar lessons myself.

The staff has always been great, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is a store that supports the musical development of the community.

Great first impression. I called and asked if they had a particular item in stock, they went to the shelf to make sure it was there and told me they had them in stock (which was nice of them to actually check since I was driving 30 minutes out of my way). She was very friendly.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was asked if I need any help, I said "I called" and before I could finish he asked "about the headphones?". I was impressed, communication between employees is rare these days and he knew exactly what I called about after speaking to the other associate.

He grabbed the items and rang me up without and issue. Despite it being (in my mind) and inconvenience for me splitting it between cash and my card he did it without any remarks or faces.

This store has great employees and got me exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great experience.

The staff at Music and Arts is fantastic. Tucker and Sam work as a team to help you with instrument purchases. It was an absolute delight to buy a flute and a electric guitar/amp combo this summer for my kids. They took their time and educated me through-and-through over multiple visits. They were more interested in making sure I bought the right product for my kids needs rather than trying to up sell. Mike, the manager, told me that although each employee receives a commission on sales, it’s expected they work together to help each other when one may know less about a particular instrument.

My son and I dropped in to Doylestown Music & Arts at Thanksgiving time as he was home from college and wanted to browse. (This has been a favorite store of ours for years.) Lucky for us there were some great sales going on and we decided to get him a new guitar. The salesman, Tucker, was of great help. His expertise and patience helped us to pick the right one. Thank you, Tucker!

Pristine. As in fresh, clean, neat. Oftentimes not the standard expectation for a music store. Appreciated.
