Very positive experience, everyone in the practice was very kind, welcoming, and caring. Dr. Han was very skilled and did a great job at explaining what he was doing and adept at making me feel at ease. This is one of the first times I left the dentist actually looking forward to a follow up.

Dr. Han and staff are courteous, and professional. His work is outstanding and he is constantly mindful of the safety and comfort of his patients. On our first meeting he patched a tooth that I was having a lot of pain from when biting. It had an internal crack. He told me how he planned to save it and what the risks were, then did the work. That evening he called my home to ask about me! Total cure! He was as happy as me I think. He's placed two permanent crowns for me now and they're good ones. Summary: Dr. Han is an expert dentist and a nice guy. His staff is top notch. Suzanne helped with my crowns and she's good too. Carol works the front desk, is efficient and also quite nice.

Dr. Han is extremely skilled and committed to excellent oral care. He is kind, thorough, and carefully explains his findings and any corrective work that is needed. He also demonstrates excellence in the area of cosmetic dentistry. The staff of Hummelstown Dentistry is consistently helpful and friendly.

The best dentist I’ve been to in over 60 years and I’ve spent a lot of time in the chair. He is gentle, explains everything, listens, so precise in his technique. He’s got hi tech equipment, TVs on the wall and ceiling, even comfy chairs. Staff are lovely and professional. One of the best medical professionals I’ve encountered period.

Always a good visit

I went there and had my new patient appointment. The dentist told me they would follow up with via phone the next week with me with my treatment plan and never did leaving me to figure out what to do. So I get secondary insurance to cover the work I need done and find a dentist that accepts both and call hummelstown dentistry because they need a copy of my treatment plan...come to find out it was never done after my appointment. They said we'll write it up and send over. Follow up with my new dentist and they said we got X-rays but no treatment plan, so now I'm beyond frustrated. It's been over a month and I want to get my work done and they are the only thing preventing it from happening. Not happy.

Front Office is extremely rude and incompetent. I’m sure they lost more patients because of the attitude and ignorance. My new dentist just experienced her when they called asking where my records were AGAIN and said they completely understand why I left there.
