CVS

I have been getting prescriptions filled here multiple times a month since they opened. I have never once had to deal with an error or a rude employee. Even being as insanely busy as they always are, I think the staff here does a great job.

The front seems to have new people all the time but the pharmacy has been a lot of the same people for years and I appreciate their experience.

They do have supply issues at times, I've had to get things filled elsewhere a time or two, but all pharmacies are dealing with that right now.

I am updating my previous review and happily giving this CVS Pharmacy 5 stars.

Over this past year, the staff has consistently gone above and beyond. Admittedly, I had originally posted a negative review that reflected some unfortunate experiences I had more than a year ago. However, I am happy to say that my more recent experiences have been nothing but positive. I am genuinely impressed with how friendly, patient, understanding, accommodating, and thorough they are.

My situation is relatively complex, which makes me an inherently challenging customer - I have to work with the pharmacy every month to facilitate communication with both in-state and out-of-state healthcare providers, secondary insurances, brand discounts that have to have the non-generic specified, and medications that are controlled and sometimes have to be ordered. Over this past year, the staff has gone out of their way to manage that communication and are extremely friendly and patient in addressing any questions, requests, or concerns I may have.

My updated rating of 5 stars reflects the excellent customer service I've experienced this past year - I genuinely appreciate how helpful the staff is at this location and I can't recommend them enough!

Renee Was "Absolutely Amazing" Today!! She followed through with All my questions about a new Xmas item I purchased at a different CVS store , helped Solve the problem & I hope One day She will be Corporate!! The Cashier was knowledgeable about my Chime, which was Amazing! The Store is run Top Knotch!!! Thanks Guys & Gals, You are on Spot!!!

Can't say enough good things about how helpful the employees here have been, both in the store and pharmacy. Since we've been caring for an elderly family member for the last 6 weeks, we've been requesting non-pharmacy items through the drive-up window and they have been more than happy to accommodate. Today Connie helped me with above and beyond service in buying a walker and saved me 29% of its cost. We will be supporting you in the future!

Always,always received quick and polite service from this pharnacy. Handicap parking on front of building. Restrooms in this store. Private room for consultation and flu shots.Has a drive through.
This pharmacy has it all together and you don't wait on the phone for 15 minutes like the one CVS in Paxton Square. I have just transferred ALL my prescriptions to Hummelstown.

We have gone there several times for prescriptions, Covid testing, Covid shots and more and always had a good experience. The staff is nice and helpful.
