A'tavola

This place is a little overstimulating, but only because there is just so many amazing goods and food to look at! The employees were so kind and I loved the breakfast I had. I would love to go back and try some of their ready to bake meals!

A’tavola is an absolute favorite. The food is high quality and worth the price/occasional weekend wait. The patio is wonderful in the summer and make sure to visit the Christmas market in the winter!

First time there, we loved it ! We just got sandwiches that seemed like nothing too special. But holy they were amazing!! The coffee was some of the best I’ve had in the valley. Staff is warm and inviting. Loved everything about this place!! So so cute :)

A’ Tavola in Boise is my favorite Idaho food-related business. Whether you live in the Treasure Valley or are just visiting, you need to check it out. There’s nothing else like it in the entire state. It is a food enthusiast’s dream!

A’ Tavola means “at the table” in Italian. Italy is near and dear to heart of the owner, Lisa Peterson. There is a link in the comments that explains how her business came to be.

Everything about a A’Tavola is inviting, starting with the entrance. There is a beautifully landscaped patio with outdoor seating. When you enter the doors and turn to your right, you will find the most wonderful Bakery. In addition to a large array of desserts, there’s a great coffee menu. The bakery case and surrounding counters are filled with lots of wonderful options to choose from. The Whiskey Pecan Bar is a customer favorite. I love Lisa’s homemade cakes and cookies.  The best German Chocolate cake I ever ate was Lisa’s.

 A’ Atavola is stocked full of wonderful food and kitchen related items. It’s a great place to buy something special for yourself, or a gift. The wall on the left features, Lisa’s personal Cookbook Library, which you are welcome to peruse. There are also cookbooks available to purchase in the store.

A’ Tavola has a nice Breakfast and Lunch menu, as well as a large cold case full of items to choose from. It’s a great place to meet friends for breakfast or lunch, and pick up some thing to bring home for dinner. Some of my favorite items are the salads, soups, large variety of Enchiladas, and Lisa’s famous Tuna Salad.

A’Tavola a wonderful deli case, full of items from various vendors, as well as a number of housemade items. A couple of my favorites are Lisa’s Pimento Cheese Spread and  Caramelized Onion Dip.

A’Tavola also has freezer cases full of wonderful items that include soups, appetizers, entrées, desserts, and other items. There’s a well-stocked cold case full of delicious beverages too.

A’Tavola also offers Catering and Culinary Food Tours! One of the things on my bucket list is to take one of Lisa’s trips to Italy or France someday.

A' Tavola Boise is by far the stuff that dreams are made of. I had forgotten what it is like to be inspired when walking into a space that transports one from the everyday to extraordinary.

The quality of food is excessively GOOD!
The staff here has always been inviting and a joy to chat with. This feels like a little piece of Italy in downtown Boise.

Also, today we had to sample a few items from the Bakery as well! Who knew that even a cookie could taste that good. Reminded me of something my mom had made for me years ago!

You can't go wrong here! Absolutely delicious!!

Very tasty. They were quite accommodating when I requested to warm my sandwich and substitute the cheese. It is also fun to look around the store. They have specialty sauces, oils, treats plus so much more. The only down side is that it's a little pricey which makes it a special occasion lunch for me. *** keep in mind they close mid afternoon***

A’tavola - where have I been. The espresso is acceptable. The food is 110% top notch. I had the Loraine Scramble and my wife had the big breakfast. I can’t wait to try the catering options. Need something last minute? They have huge trays of great tasting food ready go.

Fabulous sandwiches. Pricey, but they were huge. I had my 🥈 half, for lunch, the next day. It still tasted great. The only issue is: it was a little difficult to find a seat, inside, at lunchtime and it was too cold for me to want to eat outside.

The service he is very casual and friendly. This is a very unique place to come and visit and eat. I would highly recommend coming here for brunch. The food is delicious!

Great food, coffee, and dessert! Nice patio seating too! Portions are large enough to share. Had their Italian sandwich with salad.

I LOVE this place, and always make it a point to take out of town guests here.

I prefer their lunch menu over breakfast. Their sandwiches are huge and filling (their sandwich bread is to die for) salads are delicious with generous servings. Coffee + assortment of pastries and dessert’s are phenomenal.

It can get pretty full here during lunch time. I’ve always found staff to be helpful in finding me a spot to sit.

Their assortment of European culinary imports & gifts are an added bonus. I love finding interesting and unique gifts here.

Great food and atmosphere! Only thing I’ve noticed is a high pitched constant ring noise that comes on in the seating area by the books. Wonder if that’s the cooking hardware ?

Love this place! Every time I go I not only plan for a culinary delight but the marketplace has so many wonderful treasures from soaps, to oils to jars of unique sauces to cute cups and so much more. From A to Z this place has unique gift ideas, amazing food and great prices. Half of our family eating in.

I ordered the Breakfast sandwich! It was crazy delicious, I'm totally hooked. The gift shop is delightful & omg the bakery items are amazing. This place is one of my new favs. Great service, great outdoor seating and a sunny beautiful day!

Whether you drop in for lunch or pick up some grub on the way to the Shakespaere festival, this upscale deli, bakery, and coffee shop will delight all of your senses. The patio is well-shaded and a perfect way to enjoy the spring or fall weather. If you opt for indoor seating, the dining area is punctuated by plenty of arts and crafts to hold your attention, initiating your "browse" reflex! It's a destination location that anchors the west side of downtown.

I love this place! My sandwich was amazing and the olive oil cake is delicious
