My family will never be able to truly express our appreciation for Dr. Mors. He’s not just a doctor, but an actual guardian angel in scrubs. Dr. Mors saved my teenage niece’s life in the throes of a critical medical emergency. His skillful hands and brilliant mind orchestrated a true miracle, and for that, we are forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, you will always be a famous name in our family.

After two weeks of being sick I went to Primary Health on State Street in Boise. We made an appointment on line for 7PM. We arrived and were received with professional and courteous help. By 7:30 Dr Mark had us on our way so we could get the meds we needed to start heeling. I was impressed by the professionalism at every step of their process. Will definitely be back and recommend Primary Health as the place to go for medical advice. I am on the mend.

I just got off the phone with Lourdes who works in the office. To say she was fantastic is an understatement. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into helping me establish a primary. I was getting bounced around and spending so much time on hold and trying to get through to different places. Lourdes called a couple different offices, was finally able to find a doctor accepting new patients & helped me set the appointment. She took the frustration out of a frustrating situation. A million times thank you Lourdes.

DR Martinez is a very good doctor. He explains everything. So you can understand. DR Martinez and staff are very professional. I would recommend primary health on State St .

Every one was so friendly! Wait time was almost nil. Time with doc was fast and efficient. Oh! I appreciated the waiting room TV being on a video of a fireplace instead of some mindless TV that I can't get away from! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Also, Dr. Bender is very experienced and will not put me through painful biopsies for basic age-related issues. Reassuring!

They had had several emergencies which meant we waited longer. I did not mind, as somethings are more important. I did feel bad keeping them so late, however they were kind, and cheerful. The gentleman who took my X-ray even let me see it. The PA I saw took time to talk to me and gave me the referrals I needed.

Primary health was helpful with seeing me when my own medical clinic's appointment schedule was full. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were professional and friendly. The doctor was informative and proactive with my treatment.

My visit was seamless. I made my appointment online, barely had to wait before being seen. All the staff was kind and considerate and helpful. My whole experience was a positive one.

Dr Mors is great! I've been dealing with frequent nose bleeds for 11 months and he found what the problem was and fixed it, when another ENT couldn't.

I hurt my back right before leaving on a vacation which involved sitting on an airplane for a long period of time. I only had a week to get my back pain under control. Everyone at Primary Health did everything they could to help. They bent over backwards to help me. They were amazing! Thank you!

Lourdes is Awesome!!!
I am currently going through chemo treatment and I have been under quite a bit of stress as well, that being said; I had an issue with a referral and it got complicated (as insurance companies love to do). Lourdes stepped up and she went well out of her way to assist me in fixing the issue, it's rare to find a staff member with character who really cares about others and Lourdes is a prime example of that type of person. Thank you Lourdes for your help, you are great at what you do. :)

Dr.Mors and his nursing staff are amazing! Dr.Mors changed my life with very successful sinus surgery a year ago and saved my life with tracheal stenosis surgery a few weeks ago! What an amazing team!

Well, I think the staff was great. The provider, Dave, immediately knew I needed to go to the ER and facilitated me getting there by calling ahead. It all turned out okay,but I am grateful for the quality care I received.
