This dealership had the vehicle we were looking for. I was able to get a fair price for my Audi R8 and get into a newer R8. Josh was our sales representative and he did not disappoint. After some complications after being rear ended at high speed in my Q7, Derek Staples and his team went to great lengths to get my car back in action and repaired properly. Service Advisor Derek Staples is the best at this dealership that genuinely cares about every car that gets serviced. He goes above and beyond to ensure that customers are aware of recommendations provided by technicians and provides invaluable advice pertaining to each and every vehicle being serviced. I would also recommend Ian Abendschoen as the best sales advisor Audi brand specialist who will get you the best deal when purchasing a new or preowned vehicle from whom I bought my car from. These individuals in particular with whom I have interacted with have been gifted with providing and exceptional level of customer service whilst maintaining a high degree of integrity and business ethics in their overall interactions with customers that is highly commendable.

I sell cars for a living. I don’t get surprised often in this business. But, buying my car here with Ian and his managers was great. I don’t get to feel like a customer often. But, I felt like a customer that day. They had her on the showroom floor waiting for me. Tags already on her, plus she was cleaned and gassed👌🏽. That’s not even the best part! I spent 45min there (start to finish (everything signed)). Yes, I needed to use two parentheses so you people can understand how quick they were with everything 😂. I actually wish they would have taken longer because with the excellence of that showroom’s quality, and amenities (fruit, FRESH GROUND COFFEE MAKER, snacks) who would want to leave. Like seriously bruh 😳. Ian you’re great! I still believe you’ve been doing this for years but we’ll roll with what you told me 😆. Thank you man 🙏.

My wife's Red A3 Prestige was recently totaled. In our quest to find its replacement, we located two comparably featured S3's in the whole NE. One was a white alternative (second color choice) that was at port on its way to Audi Mechanicsburg. Colin was the sales rep that took the call. He was fantastic. Open, honest and professional. He located the car at port, kept me informed, worked on getting the deal squared away fairly. He clearly wanted my business and pursued it in a way that felt like he was on my team. In the end, the White S3 was not the chosen car, but Colin and Audi Mechanicsburg was fantastic through the whole process.

Have been using Audi Mechanicsburg for years, and they are always very supportive and helpful. This time around, the windshield of my RS 6 Avant and installed winter tires. A pleasant surprise was their cleaning the inner barrels of my wheels while they were off the car, shared information that I'd bent one of my wheels (that I wouldn't have known otherwise because it's not that bad) and sent a driver to collect the keys for the loaner from me that I'd failed to leave behind at their store. It's that extra effort that keeps me coming back.

Sun Audi has an incredible team, from the sales professionals (Ian Abendschoen) to the service team, to the management. They care about the customer experience every step of the way and we could not be happier with the dealership.

I was travelling from Canada and had an issue with my vehicle. After speaking with Jamiye (shoutout to the best CS rep I've spoken to), I got my van towed to their dealership and within a few hours they were able to give me a diagnosis and a brief overview of what will be required of the vehicle. The very next morning, I get a text message of a link to a video where the mechanic does a walk around the car and explains all the things that he did and also made recommendations for additional services.
The entire process was painless and I was kept in the loop through it all!
We are safely back in Canada now :)

Amazing dealership. I called up within 1 hour of a car being posted. The sales rep, Josh McNulty let me know others were interested in the RS 3 and suggested I put a deposit down on the car. I went ahead & put a deposit down. Went to the dealer the next day to see the vehicle and drive it. Car was IMMACULATE.

We purchased our first Audi from Sun Motor Audi in Mechanicsburg, PA. Our salesperson is Josh McNulty. I say ‘is’ because even after the sale, he continues to check in with us to make sure that we are still happy. We have always purchased Honda’s and Toyota’s so we were very hesitant to try another brand. Josh was very patient and took the time to answer every question we had. He went to bat with management regarding every request we made. Josh really went the extra mile for us and gained a long term customer.
