My kiddos have been going here for 7 years. The staff is always very kind and helpful. We've never had any issues.

I had the most absolute best visit that I've had in a very long time. Robin at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer. We had the best chat as I was leaving, but from the start she gave a huge smile and seemed to actually love her job, which sadly is rare.

Dr. Rabago is the doctor I've been looking for, for a very long time too. He did something that spoke volumes, he put the laptop aside, he used a pen & paper to take notes and actually LISTENED to what I had to say. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored, and I cannot express how important this overall experience was to me. Unfortunately, my experiences with doctors have resulted in me leaving in tears because I felt ignored with feelings of "it's all in my head." And because of this, it takes a lot for me to call for an appointment regardless of how I'm feeling. This was one of those times where I really hesitated to call to see a new doctor, but I was in pain and didn't want to wait for my local doctor to have availability. I won't say he necessarily agreed with my thoughts, but I think I can't tell if he agreed or not because he spoke so nicely lolol. And, I will say - he did have a need to be stern with me (I'm a little stubborn), but he kind of gave me a dad-stern talk (even though we are probably around the same age) and it was one sentence only - and it resonated.

I am sooooo glad I made that call! I very much think I'll drive to the Hershey location (I'm in Mechanicsburg) so I can continue seeing him.

I don't understand the negative reviews on here as I truly had the best experience. Maybe they turned over staff? I don't know but I do very much recommend the individuals named in this review, hands down.

Our family's Primary Care Physicians always listen to us, assist with alternative medicine before going to surgery. Always treat us like people instead of like a number. Medical staff is compassionate and very friendly.

Wait times can be a bit long, yes, but the doctors are overall very dedicated and genuine people. Good standard of care at this clinic once you get in for your appointment. They work very long hours to accommodate everyone possible.

Dr. Linda Chambers has 30+ years experience and goes above and beyond for each of her patients. I can't recommend her more! Dr. Beth Wallen has also been terrific every time I've met with her.

I have been going to Fishburn for about 25 years and love it. I've had 2 doctors thru all that time, the 1st retired and recommended the 2nd. I have seen others or they will fill a script if Dr Lewis is unavailable. I have always been seen when requested and if I need to move an appointment up its done. I have several specialists up at the Medical Center and my family doctor here keeps up on all of them and will send me to a new one if needed.
Dr Lewis gives me all the time and attention I require and I've never felt rushed or my questions not answered. I use the lab here as well and it's much faster than the hospital lab. I feel very comfortable trusting my health to my doctors and nurses here.
You must be your own advocate, the office has changed in the past 25 years and there is turnover but I've not been to affected by that. I can recommend only my specific doctor, Dr Lewis, as I've not had to much interactions with others. When I have they have all done what needed to be done.
I will continue to trust this Family Practice as they have taken great care of me over the years.

I became a patient of Dr.Beth Wallen',one of the many good docs at Fishburn Med.Cen/Hershey Med.Cen.
16 months ago when we moved here. Beth is an Interal MD, and I have found her to be saintlike in her patience, an outstanding listener/"hearer", a genuinely concerned Doc, and an overall kind, loving person. Until Dec31 ,2016,F.Burn ran a Walk In after hrs. They chose to close that to open up more unorthodox hours for their own patients. I have ONCE been in the outter office more than 3 minutes, and once nurse "checked in" ,never more than 10 (often under 5) in the actual office. Dr.WALLEN does not pretend to know ALL MATTERS MEDICAL,but will hunt down answers and specialists to the 4 corners of the earth for her patients.I have heard similar about the other practioners there! She respects my ferocious "digging in of my heels" re: back fusion and works TIRELESSLY with me for other options. I have spoken with other patients of F.Burn and hear the same about waits, and diligent docs! Remember, new patients, this is 1 of the places brand new docs come TO BECOME well -"bedside"- mannered docs, and you may be assigned one of them with a more experienced Dr. watching over them. If that sounds like "NOPE" to you, SAY SO. IT is harder to get into the experienced docs. The facility is religious about privacy and cleanliness. The support staff is often endearing &sweet.Occasionally, someone is "in a mood". Aren't we all? Do not hesitate to use Fishburn Medical. I recommend them often.

Went for a sick visit today. Staff couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. I have no complaints. I appreciate Hershey Fishburn and am glad to call it my primary care facility.

I have received nothing but outstanding care at this facility. I see Dr. Enama in adult rheumatology, and he and his team are wonderful. Would recommend them to anyone.
