PEAK Alarm® - St George

The guys at PEAK did a fantastic job. Gave me a price for my system that I could live with and the install was clean, quick and the system is years beyond what my previous system could do. Everyone I've dealt with at PEAK have been professional and kept me informed at each step of the process. Highly recommend PEAK!!

Everything was smooth until after signing a contract. I have two locations with Peak Alarm. My primary and rental home.

1. My primary residence had water sensors installed which have NEVER worked properly and had two different techs look at the issue. I asked for a refund but was told NO.
2. My rental home had nothing but issues after the install, had a tech out a half a dozen times or more to resolve the issues, sensors disconnecting at random, I had to purchase "Better" sensors. Then the panel was moved to a different location in the home, and I tried for months to get a tech out to my home with NO response in scheduling a tech to come onsite. This was 6 months ago. I stopped paying the bill and contacted John Kendal the lead sales agent about the issue and that I wanted to shut down all services because Peak Alarm is providing poor service and poor communication. Once again, I have gotten NO response in regard to my issues. Now Peak Alarm has sent me to collections and threatening me with ruining my credit. I refuse to pay a company that has NOT held up to its contractual agreement with its customer.

I have alarm services with a different company in a different state and have had them for 10 years, when an issue happens, they communicate to get it resolved. Peak Alarm is the most expensive alarm company I have worked with and also has the poorest customer service on the backend.

(EDIT) Peak alarm reached out to me so we can get this matter resolved. I have been working with Clint Beecroft who has listened to me as a customer, and we have come to an agreed upon understanding of how to move forward so both parties are happy. Great experience working with the Peak Alarm team for a burglar alarm system and camera system for my house.

We were extremely happy with the sales and installation that we received by Peak Alarm. Ammon was our salesperson and explained everything extremely well. We knew what we were getting and how it would be installed. Brendan, did our installation. He was extremely kind, explained things well and answered all of the questions that we posed to him. We would not hesitate to recommend Peak Alarm nor would we hesitate to use them in the future. It was a very positive experience.

When my company burger alarm started to have issues, a top notch tech was dispatched in short order to correct the problems.
A through check out was made, the tech spent over an hour checking out the system after which I decided to replace the system with a new up to date system.
A Peak alarm sales man talked with me and gave several options.
The price was undeliverable, and the new alarm system was installed within a few days.
I have been a customer of peak alarm company for well over 35 years.
In all my years with Peak alarm I have always felt like I matter to them.
Just a note I have never looked for a new alarm company, Peak alarm company has never disappointed me.

David and Stephen were great to work with! I was in a time crunch and they got right to me and got my building set up with no problems. Peak Alarm has some cool up to date systems for a great price. I highly recommend this team.

I volunteer for a local animal rescue and was assisting them with finding a new company to monitor the inside smoke detectors. Like a lot of companies, you just get "vanilla" service. That was not the case with the St. George Peak Alarm team. The losing carrier was being difficult with the switch over and was giving us the run around. Peak has installed, serviced and maintained systems in 3 of my properties, and counting. David, Ammon and Brendan know their products well, take the time to listen to clients' needs and then customize systems around those needs. The up front purchase prices are comparable to what you would pay for comparable Nest type systems. The monthly fees are very reasonable for a 24/7 monitored system. Peak is my first and last call for home security in St George Utah.

Peak Alarm is great! When my business was broken into I was notified so fast I could see them on my phone during the robbery. They were only in there for 1m 45s. David Wooley is my contact and he is always available and very personable. I highly recommend using them.

I have used Peak alarm for 17 years I am very satisfied with the way I am treated when I need service which is rare , the operators are pleasant and the Techs are top notch.
The techs are on time and will call if a delay comes up, they carry parts on there trucks and have always resolved any problems the first time.
I know Peak alarm is there for me always, and I have never regretted having Peak alarm as my security experts.

Peak Alarm has done wn excellent job protecting my home since I moved to UT. From sales to the technical services I have received top notch recommendations and implementation. Peak’s installation personnel (especially Steve Cohen) have answered my every question and taken care of my every security need.

A real had to have the system worked on this morning, and the tech, Steve came out and replaced batteries Andre aligned the alarm! so essentially what this means is, no more 3 a.m. alarms going off telling you the batteries are dead! What an outstanding service rep this man is to his company and his customers excellent job!

Our security system installer Brendan was fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite...I could go on and on. He was a pleasure to work with and have in the house.
