Red Roof Inn Erie – I-90

I chose the hotel because of the price, but was amazingly surprised at how wonderful the rooms were! Not only that, the whole complex was clean and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly. And the location is perfect! Right off I-90 and close to places to eat and convenience stores. Highly recommend!

I have been staying here often over the past 3 years as I travel through on business. I appreciate the constistence in upkeep, cleanliness, and value. I always get a very clean, comfortable room.

Very affordable and clean and the staff are very helpful. This year I met numerous women in the mall and restaurants who asked where I was staying. They said they are going to start booking there too. They loved the location and the fact that I continue to rebook was enough for them to say they would start to book there too! Was here for three days and it was the best motel I have ever stayed in, the guy at the service desk was super nice and helpful and was there anytime if you needed anything, the motel room was extra clean with no smells from cleaning products, great water pressure and water was hot right away, and was spotless, didn’t even get socks dirty from the floors, the cleaning staff was great also, gave us linens and ask us if we needed anything else, they don’t have breakfast but there is aMc Donald’s right beside it that you just walk across the parking lot to get too,I would recommend this motel to anyone that I knew was going to Erie or anyplace close and know that I will make a return trip to this motel, even a place where you can take your dog out too and parking is right outside your door, the highway is close but didn’t bother us either and it’s right off I-90, easy to get to, couldn’t ask for any better, Thanks to everyone for all that was done to make our stay a great experience. Just stayed there again and just like before, couldn’t want things any better, the people there are amazing and the room is great, was supposed to stay an extra night but due to fiancés cops attack we had to leave a day early but can’t wait to go back, this is the Only motel I will stay at, best ever

Have always had a very positive experience here. Front desk staff is friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms are clean and generally quiet property.

We needed a place to stay near PSU that would allow our 2 smalls dogs. This place was a hit. Clean and very inexpensive.

First let me say, the shower in our room was the best shower I’ve ever had, water pressure is amazing! The rooms are updated and clean.
Also Love the location of this Red Roof, right off I-90, there is also a McDonald’s right beside it which is convenient for breakfast!

Easy in and out. Room was spotless without reeking of perfumed cleaners. Everything worked. Staff was wonderful. I didn't notice any road noise but others may be more sensitive. The cost was a couple dollars less than comparable hotels in the same area.

We have been to this red roof inn in the past when our daughter was in college. It has always been clean and up to date. In the last 5 years, we have traveled many places. We stay for one night here last night and it was the cleanest and well taken care of place that we have seen in quite a while. We didn't travel with pets this time but did see a few. They have a nice area for them out back. I highly recommend this motel.

My room seemed recently remodeled—everything was in great shape. Clean and comfortable, convenient. The motel is right next to the expressway so bring earplugs... or request a room facing the opposite side if you are an exceptionally light sleeper. I was facing the expressway and didn't really notice the sound until it was quite late and I went to sleep. I slept totally fine once I put in earplugs.

This was my 1st time staying at this place and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the staff was very nice! I definitely will be getting a room at this place again!! Plus there’s restaurants that close and 5 or 10 minutes away!

I manage multiple nearby Airbnb properties. There are various times, that guests, or groups prefer renting an entire property. When that occurs, I must find alternate housing myself. I frequently choose this Red Roof Inn. As I have advised in prior reviews, I have always had a good experience there. From the reservation process, to check out, everything has gone well. Their rooms are adequate size, clean, and comfortable. When booking a mid-priced motel, you can't ask for more. The family oriented staff, and management are always cordial as well. The superior king rooms are excellent!

We needed a place to stay near the Erie Casino. We chose Red Roof based on location and price. We were happy that the room was very clean and smelled fresh. The room appeared more recently remodeled. Nice flooring, comfortable mattress and everything worked. The amenities were terrific. (fridge, microwave, ironing board and coffee maker). The man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and we would go back.

I checked In At 2:30 Front desk is very friendly and helpful house keeping was very good.

Both PM and AM front desk staff were professional, courteous and smiling. The room was very clean. I was in the back and didn't hear any Interstate noise. I'm not sure how the front rooms would be for noise. Shampoo that actually lathers and cleans! Plenty of coffee (a must for me!) I expect I'll stay here again on my way back to Ontario, Canada.

We arrived at night & on a motorcycle, so pulling in was a little tricky, drove passed it 3 times.

Cleanest motel I've ever stayed in, I think everything was brand new.

I have been here before a few times over the years, but I swear, this was the best. The receptionist was great, personable and funny. The room was perfectly clean, well appointed with safe and refrigerator in microwave TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing, clean water very drinkable, and great pressure. Best hotel for the dollar in the region. Thank you! I have a new overnight stop for my mini trips.
