Shoe Carnival

I was so happy to find Crocs on clearance for my daughter. I could not afford to pay full price and I was blessed to find them in a good color. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

THIS IS NOT AT WHITEHALL MALL!!! DO NOT USE ADDRESS HERE ON GOOGLE. Just head to buybuybaby or bed bath and beyond its in the same plaza there across from the mall. But overall besides trying to find this place the people were great and girl who helped me was really helpful and cool.

12262021 came in to get some brown shoe polish. I found a clear sponge, that felt like there was no silicone on it. The young lady at checkout asked her manager to come over and explain it to me. It was operator failure. 🤔🤓😂She got down on her hands and knees and applied it to my left shoe, which caused an immediate instant shine. What amazing service in this day and age! I thought I was in Bergdorfs, Prada, Ferragamo, etc. Not expecting this kind of service in Whitehall PA. I hope they show this to their district manager and regional manager. And I hope the manager tells the young lady's parents at check out, what a great job they did.
