This was our first time buying a vehicle at Lehigh Valley Honda. We purchased a 2024 CRV EX-L AWD. Our salesman Jonathan Burton made the process easy. He was friendly, upbeat and answered all our questions but put no pressure on us which was refreshing. The only negative part of the process was dealing with the woman from the finance department who pushed an extended warranty on us. I know this happens at every dealership but after politely declining more than once, she seemed irritated and kept asking why we didn’t want to purchase one. I finally had to get up and walk out. I’m sorry, but I don’t feel I need to explain myself. No means no. That aside, I still feel Jonathan deserves 5-stars and I would purchase from Lehigh Valley Honda again.

This is our second Honda Pilot and second purchase from Lehigh Valley Honda. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the vehicles we’ve purchased and our experiences with the sales people and support staff. We don’t buy vehicles often because they last so long, but when we do purchase another, we’ll go back to Lehigh Valley Honda.

Lehigh Valley Honda went above and beyond to help get us into our 2023 Odyssey. This market is chaos right now as we all know, but this dealership and amazing workers did everything possible to help insure I got the exact car I wanted at the best rate possible. We are happy about the Honda HR-V we bought from LeHigh Honda. The entire make/model/color etc. met our criteria and we are happy with the price we got. The entire negotiation was done with Dino Campbell and he treated us well indeed.
On the day of car delivery, Jonathan took over and gave us a great test drive and went over the features and set most of them so that we could drive home safely with our phone connected to the navigator. Again, Jonathan stands out and provided excellent service.

Yuleisi and team were very kind and helpful. I just stopped for inspection, emission and oil change. I also thank them for washing my car. It’s very kind of you! I have just have some recommendation about coffee cups at waiting area. I see that you’re using Styrofoam cups which comprise a lubricant containing zinc stearate which is derived from animal fat. Unfortunately, I and some people cannot use that cups. If you can put some paper cups for hot drinks, that would be awesome. Thank you!

I unfortunately decided against buying the vehicle due to a factor totally unrelated to dealership or finance. Salesman Josh had been SUPER helpful, upfront and informative and I regret that the purchase did not work out at this time. I recommend this dealership if you're in the market for a Honda.
