McDonald's

I love going to this particular McDonald's. The service there is great. The food. Is always good and fresh. I've been there many times, and the employees are cautious and very attentive, always looking forward to giving you a good service, this last time that I visited them was Mrs. Vicky, she really goes above and beyond to serve well the clientele. She did it for my husband and I and also brought our order to the table. Thank you, Mrs. Vicky. I really appreciate it. A big thank you to all the staff and keep the great service 👍.

I go to this McDonald's pretty often.
The food usually comes out fresh and hot especially the fries customer service is great 👍

I have no idea who gave this McDonald's such bad reviews, because I went there and placed a sizable order and received everything exactly as I had requested it. In addition, the customer service was outstanding; they were so courteous that I had no complaints.

It's a different place. You don't get you own drink anymore. Everything is behind the counter napkins ketchup and I miss McRib too.

U know I hate giving bad reviews but this place needs help burger 🍔 was not cooked fully and it really made me almost throw up disgusting

It's McDonald's, however, I've gone through here numerous times for breakfast, and the girls that are working in the morning shift are to be commended!

An example would be today. I got a couple of sausage McMuffins no egg, and a large coffee double milk and sugar. The girl handed it to me but also asked if I wanted to taste it and if I needed to have it adjusted, I replied that I would just prefer that she gave me another few packets of sugar and creamer which she did.

I also had to wait for my McMuffins however, I don't necessarily mind that because then I know they're fresh, and she threw in an extra hash brown without asking just for my wait.

I stress now that I do not give extra customer service. Gratitude when it's tied to me getting something in return, I was perfectly happy to wait for my muffins and I would have gone and just got sugar extra on my own if I needed it.

But the fact that they took the time to ask and to do those little things make the experience a little better when one is waking up in the morning... 👍

The drive thru could use a bit of the old leveling out, but the food is just like any other.

15th &Tilghman McDonald's. Been there 2x for breakfast. The food was good, place was clean. Things sure got expensive tho.

The service was nice and the place is good.

I love the employees that are there @ 5 am so the lobby can open for people like me. Fresh coffee and breakfast is a great way to start the day. Loving the app!! Saves a lot of time! Thank you staff for your hard work 😊

It's just a great place to be. The staff is friendly and courteous making the experience fulfilling and worth the stay every time. I enjoy the wifi and the coverage it's very good compared to other places.

Ok so there is this kid no older then 20 said his name was hendi he is amazing he had a white shirt on so I’m assuming he is a manager with that being said he is representing management beautifully which is what they need he is a great excellent customer service he is always nice and doing his job well they need to keep him on and have him running the front instead of that rude lady in the morning

Picked up food without going in but it was efficient and accurate with my order.Thanks good job!

Best fast food place for town!

Haven't had McDonald's in a while. I was not disappointed with my big Mac still tasted the same and the fries.

I went through the pickup window during rush hour and the ladies were very nice. I am a dummy when it comes to describing the ice coffee i wanted and the lady was just very patient foe it to be rush hour! Also i was afraid the line would never move but it went fast! Thanks!

Good and efficient customer service

I don't know what kind of people gave this McDonald's horrible review's but i went and made a huge order and i got everything perfectly like I ordered it and the customer service was amazing they were so polite i can't complain.

Yummy yum chicken nuggets

The big M. I was born to love it.
That clown makes fast food so good it's not even funny. No chef could ever fill them big red shoes in my opinion. Please Bring back the super size Ronald. other than that hands down the best consistent gourmet quizen in my opinion and belly.
