I think I had here the best shoes buying experience thanks to the extremely knowledgeable sales guy Enrique F. He made it so easy. I'm so happy he approached us. All 10 stars just for him in this review. I hope he gets big bonuses and promotion.
I was looking for specific models of shoes for my cousins. After running from store to store, from mall to mall, we arrived here tired and frustrated because either was no needed model, or colors weren't good for cousins or he needed sizes weren't available.
Enrique F found all 3 pairs I needed. My cousin said he wanted Nike Air Jordan with 11 on the side (he found a picture on the internet). This sales guy said such shoes don't exist in the US, or maybe available in other countries, but most probably, it's a custom-made design, which makes sense.
Other than finding all the shoes I needed, he also helped to save money. He knew the deals. He knew the prices.

The next day, I came to the store again (it was Sunday, July 30, 2023). My shopping wasn't done yet, but Enrique wasn't there. So I approached 2 sales personnel myself (a boy and a girl), and both were even lower than average sales people: passive, lacking knowledge of the inventory, materials, no passion of whatvtgey do. I had to do all the search myslef. I needed help with size conversion, but I had to search in my phone, then run from 1 shoes to another to match (meaning, I had sizes of feet in centimeters, Nike provieds sizes in cm on the shoes, but Afidas doesn't. I was looking for Adidas this time). I spent lots of time there. Actually, I had to get the commission during that shopping.

I’ve always had a great shopping experience at this store. They always have what I need and I’m always greeted immediately. Tim helped me with my purchase, made sure the shoes I picked out were just right, he was very sweet and attentive. Viviana checked me out and was super nice. Would recommend this store.

I just wanted to say thank you so much to the wonderful girl who helped me out today. I have a hand disability and she immediately without asking loosened up my laces for me so i could try on my shoe and she even carried the boxes to the cash register for me. Thank you so much you are the good in this earth and i will never forget how happy you made me feel!! ❤❤❤

I don't usually shop in the mall but honestly when I do this is the first place I come to. The manager and employees are so cool. They are always so clean, helpful, polite and very attentive. They may not always have your size but they will guide you to another store that may have it or allow you to purchase it online with them. Overall one of the best stores to shop in

I had called previously letting them know I was going to be there a couple minutes late for an important raffle shoe and they had with open arms kept the doors open even though it was past closing a couple minutes and made sure to let me get my pair before the gates closed putting a smile on my face! GREAT employee staff!

The young man that was there was very helpful. He gave me the option to order a pair of sneakers in a bigger size and have it shipped to my house if I needed to. Keep up the good customer service..

This place is really great the service real great the guy there was really patient with me he helped me out with all the details about the shoes and everything the service was great I like it

The prices are very fair a shoe that would sell for $1,000 would be $200 here. The quality is great and the workers are really nice and helpful. They have a big selection and also whole stores for women and children. Highly recommend

Footlocker is amazing mostly they have shoes but they do have another section where they have clothes so you can go check it out their stuff is expensive but they do have nice shoes they're of course and I would definitely go there again maybe to even work they're really nice customer service it's very easy to just buy a shoe and they have clothes to so don't worry

Great attentive staff at this location although the item I was looking for was not in stock they were able to order it for me and have it delivered to my home will make another visit soon

Clean and roomy. They have many sales for younger children and sometimes for older buyers who have a bigger shoe size. There are always helpers available.
