Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We eat here a handful of times of year. We enjoy the food. It is very consistent and a good value. They serve home cooked type meals. They serve breakfast all day as well. The service is always good. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. We always shop the store after eating. They have interesting items. Most of which you do not usually see in other stores.

Friendly atmosphere. The wait staff did an excellent job with service. The food was great as usual. The store has an awesome selection to choose from. Of course, I'm coming home with leftovers and goodies from the store.

We stopped in while coming home from a trip to Cabelas and everything was great, as always! It's always nice to have a hearty, country style meal at times! My kids are always so happy with the menu choices too!

We had the best waitress. She was so genuine and polite. She was very efficient and courteous. Best waitress that we had in a long time. We had a table of nine and she handled it like a pro. We asked the manager to come to the table to let him know how impressed we were. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, don’t get old the mind is the first to go. We actually have a Cracker Barrel in Hamburg but had friends out your way. We were impressed by your full staff.

Went here with my family for dinner and we absolutely loved it we went the following day for breakfast and even ordered dinner to go to have later that evening. Everything about this place is awesome the staff, the food, the store, all the decorations/antique decor is beautiful and interesting to see.

The food is delicious home style fresh food and for the price it’s a decent amount of food I honestly couldn’t finish my plate but I wanted to.

My daughter left her phone at the restaurant when we finally thought to call the restaurant to see if it was possibly there, they had it waiting in the office. We were so happy they held it until we got there, I truly appreciate them doing that for us.

We had such a wonderful time talking with both our servers everyone one was so respectful and nice. Our first time visiting and eating at Cracker Barrel, I would definitely recommend it not just for the delicious food but for the amazing staff they have at this location. Looking forward to going back again when my family and I are in the neighborhood again on a little getaway/vacation.

The food is always delicious!! They've updated their menus & now have their liquor license so I had the Peach Mimosa🥃 Our server Jake was terrific & really nice as well😊

We had excellent service from our server, Jacob. We had a party of six at our meal. Jacob kept us informed of the expected wait time for our food. He promptly brought out our drinks and kept them full. Everything was cooked properly and delicious. The store and dining area were spotless. Our wait time to be seated was less than 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

The food never seems to disappoint no matter what you order. Staff welcomes you with a warm greeting, and seats you in a timely manner. The atmosphere is like none other especially when they light the fire place and the smell fills the air with that pleasant smell and warmth while you eat.

I have to say the people that work here are amazing and so polite, they all go above and beyond. Jenna was my server and she is absolutely amazing, very friendly and very attentive and made me feel at home. Tonya was also very polite and helped with any questions we had, and seated my family and I where we asked and she really is amazing alongside the rest of the team! This is the best family restaurant you can visit!

The meatloaf and mashed potatoes with gravy was absolutely delicious! The waitress who served us was very attentive and very nice to us. Appreciated her kind and serving nature!

It is my understanding that Cracker Barrel is fading nationwide, largely because its food is just a little too heavy on comfort, meaning high in fats and other less healthy choices. That understood I am remarking on my experience on this location ONLY and not the issues its corporate parent must address.

If Cracker Barrel is considered less that appealing for the above stated reason, it certainly does not translate to the popularity of the Fogelsville location, which is frequently jammed to the doors and overflowing to the outside porch areas.

They have earned their patronage by being powerfully and constructively led, by screening, hiring and TRAINING customer-driven staff, by maintaining a clean and well merchandised store, and by delivering on promises

I was greeted at a make-shift entry desk and given a reservation, smartly under-promised and over-delivered. The 20 minute wait turned out to be about 15 minutes. I ordered "what I wanted" and instructed the server to make it fit the menu. She did just that! The restaurant space (as well as the retail area) was mobbed and while it's true that I waited considerably longer than expected, the server kept me updated, my coffee filled, and generally made the delay tolerable. I knew the kitchen was slammed and, after all, I did choose a complex order: Pancakes with two kinds of syrup, eggs over with broken yolks, bacon, and hash brown casserole. (As you may note, my desire for a potent breakfast was stronger than my concern for healthy eating. The order was delivered 'dead solid perfect.'

I noted the following: 1) people moving efficiently and with purpose, 2) a clear dedication to teamwork, 3) tables turning over and being cleaned carefully, consistent attention from the server despite being insanely busy. I neglected to get her name (unfortunately) but she was as professional as one can be. I did take the time to seek out the manager (Justin) to compliment the operation, especially given the challenges of dealing with the crowd.

I could have chosen to subtract a star (*) for the delay in service, but I think the restaurant has made a commitment to excellence and the entire staff worked to ensure the best experience.

Always a good overall time at this Fogelsville, Pa . location. We had a particularly exceptional customer service experience with our server SHARON. She was hustling with a smile on her face when every table was filled and line waiting to be seated. Keep up the great work !

The server was Awesome.. told him what we wanted & helped to show what options there was. The food was very good & filling.....there is also a unique gift shop which includes music CD's....clothing....snacks & @ this time of year Lots of Christmas! They also had the huge fireplace going w/ real wood & fire. Love that too! Take time & visit.

We loveee Cracker Barrel but my fiance thought this one was especially nice decor wise, i found some good items in the shop that were reasonably priced! Food as always was great lol

Glad to see the pandemic didn't effect the quality of this location. All our meals were plentiful and delicious. Prices haven't gone up. The staff was friendly and attentive.
The gift shop was packed full of goodies.

We always like going to the Cracker Barrel. Lots of cool stuff to buy in the store while you're waiting to get seated or to walk through on your way out. The food is delicious. The rustic atmosphere is very cozy.

We are a family of five and everyone enjoyed our time at Cracker Barrel! The food was on point, the fire was roaring and the store never disappoints. Will absolutely be going back!
