I will always prefer JCPenney over Kohl's or Macy's. They have a nice selection of men's clothing that is reasonably priced. You can stack store coupons through the app/website with sale prices on most items throughout the store (with the exclusion of licensed brands, of course). Coupons are usually an additional 30% off, sometimes even more. Makes for some really great savings. Really like the IZOD summer tees and the St. John's Bay line. Staff is also overall friendly. Store can be a little bit sparse at times, but you will usually find what you're looking for. Will be back!

First time at this store in years. I'm 35 miles from mall so we don't frequent as much. We enjoyed the whole day. Mall was quiet and your store was great to be at again. Lots of sales but had to ask prices when it wasn't clear on posters related on shared space. Loved atmosphere.

Great experience shopping for shorts. Reasonable price for the St. John's Bay. Beautiful colors and lots of lengths not just shorts shorts or cropped pants. The 7" is perfect!

Large anchor store with great deals

The store has great sales. I highly recommend becoming a member of the rewards program (for free). We never pay retail for anything. Watch the sales and be patient. Watch for coupons. The store is always clean. The women's bathroom is dated but always clean. The associates have ALWAYS been pleasant and helpful.

Two floors of merchandise. Their selection for women are outstanding. The men selection is great. The selection for all the different types and styles for all are over abundant. Always have sales going on. Their personal is very informative. People are very friendly. This store accepts everyone. English speaking and spanish speaking

Came in looking for a gold chain for a gift. The jewelry department was well kept and the staff was very helpful. And I got a great deal!
