Carl is amazing! The process of building a new home and synchronizing the sell of our current home is a grueling venture. Carl was there for us the entire 9 month process. He followed up with the builder and kept us informed. He worked with the buyers of our old to home to close with time for us close and move into the new home. Carl and Deneve are amazing realtors! I very highly recommend working with them! They walked us through the entire process of selling our property. I live out of state from where the property is located, jointly owned by myself and my sister. They were available to fully answer any questions we had, within a quick time frame. Carl and Deneve handled so many aspects of the entire process smoothly, weather it's a honey bee swarm on the property to contacting several septic service companies for inspection.
