Indian Valley Animal Hospital

I have brought my pets to Indian Valley Animal Hospital for nearly ten years. We have always had compassionate and knowledgeable care for our pets. The staff is friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would highly recommend!

We like the fact that when we arrive they do not overbook that you need to wait in a reception area with a lot of animals. The staff is professional and courteous and they give individual attention to our pets and their needs. They respond to my questions via email quickly and I know that my pets are in good hands.

I have been with Indian Valley Animal Hospital for 24 years, and the standard of care has not changed. My pets have received great health care and when it came time for my sweethearts to cross over, the staff has been very caring and sympathetic. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Indian Valley is top notch. They helped us with two of our beloved pets crossing the rainbow bridge. The staff is amazing. They are compassionate and caring. If you have an emergency they will get you in asap during their hours. The vet didn’t sugar coat that my sweet baby Cinder was not going to make it and when she passed they were amazing with helping us. With our cat Henry they let us spend as much time as we needed to mourn him. I love this vet.

Twenty years after I brought Jesse my cat to Indian Valley Animal Hospital. Dr Carran and Melissa took care of him for his last day. He came there after birth with a bad illness and they cured him.They all signed a card to send to me with their compassion. I am very lucky to have had him for 20 years, and to have had these fine girls help him and me on his final day

Very positive experience at Indian Valley as usual, they take great care of my cat Winston and dog Odi at every visit.

I've been taking my Border Collie Bandit to IVAH ever since I adopted her 12 years ago and have never had a bad experience!

I brought my cat here for an unexpected accident that resulted in her needing surgery. I was extremely impressed and grateful with the care my cat received here. The staff and doctor especially truly cares about their patients and it is shown. I will be bringing my sweet girl here in the future for all veterinary care. It was not outrageously priced either, which I greatly appreciated as a college student taking care of her kitty.

I like that the staff waits to see Kitty Morrigan and treat her like the big cuddly floof she is...she is not stressed when the techs take time to sooth her before exam. I like that the staff makes sure Bella , earns her treats after performing her tricks! Bella and Kitty are lucky dog and cat to have such caring professionals as friends.

The Doctors and staff have always treated us wonderfully at IVAH. I have been through some of the most devastating times with the loss of pets and they are so very compassionate and caring. They all love your pets and treat them with dignity.

The office was very clean, friendly, and relaxing. There was not no wait time.we were in and out quickly. My dog is finicky , and the Vet Tech and the Vet went out of their way to make sure my dog was comfortable and accepting of both of them. It was the best Vet experience my dog has had in PA . Thank you so much 🙏🏻😊

Very Very expensive, still waiting for test results. I can understand why most people can't afford to take their pet to a vet. Test results were very bad, I had to put her down. They took care of the euthanasia and cremation. I received a packet with her ashes and paw print, very nice. A couple days later I received a sympathy card in the mail with all employees writing a little something. I change my original 3 star rating to 5 star+. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.

Called on Saturday 3/18 and spoke to Carrie. She was kind, patient and very helpful! Got my new pet scheduled for an appointment when most area hospitals aren’t taking new clients. She answered all my questions and was so helpful!

Dr. Fraysier scheduled my pup in for an emergency sick visit when my vet didn't have time. I'm very happy with the level of professionalism and care we received from Dr. Fraysier and his staff, and I appreciate the amount of time he spent explaining everything.

This place was great! I had just moved & my pup hurt her paw. I tried 5-6 places. Fully booked, can't help you, etc. They got us in ASAP. People were wonderful. Gentle, patient with my dog. She's a rescue, I wasn't sure how she'd behave. I cannot say enough good things about the Dr & ALL the staff!!👍👍🐕

I love everything about this place! All the staff here is wonderful and we have never had to wait long to get seen. It is kind of pricey but you get that with any veterinarian. The most important thing is that they really care about your animals and I feel that here.

Edited to add: we've been taking the kittens here since we got them and they only see Dr. Wilson and they love her! She is a fabulous vet and is very knowledgeable!

Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. I've seen two different veterinarians there and they both are very gentle and soothing to my dogs. They also seem to be sympathetic to your pocketbook and try to guide you on the best health options for your pet without shoving unnecessary treatments down your throat.

Dr. Wilson was awesome with our two new fur babies. She was extremely thorough with her exam and let us know any issues or concerns that she saw. She really listened to out concerns that we had and also asked if I had any questions for her! She made our family and our fur babies feel very welcomed. It is really nice to know that our fur babies health and wellness are her first priority.

I've been taking my pets here for checkups for years. The staff are always kind, professional, and helpful.

Very nice facility. Clean, bright. & cheery. Dr. Wilson is quite a friendly, personable doctor. She was was very gentle with our ailing cat. We were going to another Vet. , but have now decided to switch.
