It was nice to see an old Hardware store still exist. The ladies that are working in the front are really nice.

I went to sutherlands looking for a shower valve cartridge after I went to multiple other hardware stores. They did not carry the part but they were the only ones that did help me find it online.

Yeah this place is really cool and they have everything a great alternative to Lowe's or home Depot corporate b*******. If you want to support privately owned business in Las Cruces this is one of the places you can do it. I literally just went into the store for the simplest thing ever for a project I was doing on my bicycle but the two young men who work in there help me out didn't discriminate against me and are very respectful as well . I highly recommend Southerland lumber

Much better than I remember it. Good tool section rivaling the big box stores. Great hardware section as well. Not crowded and the friendly help is always welcome.

Fast and convenient place to get what you need. Avoid the lines especially during this lockdown mess, they have christmas lights for this season and the place is practically empty so it feel much safer then a crowded store.

My kind of place: chunk of farm & ranch, home and garden, handyman and pro. Rarely leave without what I went in looking for. Sometimes even with a new hat or clothes I didn't even go in for. Always helpful knowledgeable staff.

They had just what I needed and strong people to help me load things into my car. Great experience - will definitely return.

Great place for spring activity around the house. Tired of going to the really big chain stores. Some great stuff that is different from Lowes and Home Depot.

I love Sutherland's, you get great customer service. If you go to Lowes or home depot your lucky if you get help. I've always found what I've needed everytime at Sutherland's.

The guy who helped us was very friendly. Unfortunately they did not carry the item we were looking for it was still nice to go in. They have a lot of neeto stuff.
