Adam D, the valet at US Bank is always smiling, extremely polite and very professional. He never misses the chance to say “Good Morning” and does everything he can to make our workday a little smoother.

Adam D’Souza is fabulous!!! I’ve used the Car Park for over 10 years and Adam is the most organized person I’ve had the pleasure of working with. The site in our building is well-run and incredibly professional!!

Car Park Boise is definitely one of the better parking companies in town. My issue was resolved amazingly quick and much to my surprise, with compassion for my situation. I used their lot without paying and figured that I could get away with it for the short time that I needed to. The lot had many signs and I just didn’t want to pay. Well the lot attendant nailed me and I had to call in. Instead of being greeted with hostility and greed, I was met with an open mind and a non-vindictive solution. Do I like paying for parking? Of course not, but that is what Boise is now a days. Your welcome to try San Francisco, Los Angeles or New York…that will make you appreciate Car Park that much more.

Got a ticket while my car was on premises broken down. Went to their site and disputed it- they accepted it and voided the ticket! SUPER nice and understanding of the scenario!! Definitely made me less stressed about my car breaking down! 10/10 reach out if there a reason behind a ticket and they will work with you- especially if it’s a first time offense!!

I work downtown and park in a garage managed by The Car Park. Nearly every morning when I arrive I'm greeted with kindness and professionalism by Adam D'Souza. It's a great way to start my day!

If you call during business hours, you get to talk to someone or if they're on the other line leave a message and they call you back. They are very fair, I wonder how many people leaving reviews actually took the time to call and talk to someone? Without being rude or offensive? I received a ticket once from The Car Park, I called and spoke to someone and it was resolved quickly and easily.

People were very friendly and responsive. Able to answer all my questions. Their website is easy to use. They're a parking monitoring and enforcement company so people are predisposed to not like them and write bad reviews but honestly this company is not bad to work with. If you don't want to have to deal with them, pay attention to the signs and paint markings wherever you're parking and you won't have any issues.

Great company! Very nice and friendly. The sings in there lots are always posted with all their fines and other information. If i have a problem I give them a call and they work with me which is amazing. Absolutely one of the best small businesses in Boise!

Love that that they always have parking available downtown. The parking attendants are very nice and if you are nice to them they're willing to help you out if you have a problem or have parked in the wrong area. Very impressed and will definitely continue to park with them.

Got a parking ticket due to a communication mix up with the business I was visiting. I talked to Emily over the phone, made sure she had all the info via email, and it was cleared up right away.

Adam is dedicated and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
