I have been coming to Pearle Vision for over 10 years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and have a keen eye for attractive frame styles. I am satisfied every time. When my frames loosen over time they are always willing to tighten them up free of charge

The store manager Paul was absolutely incredible! I came in with a plan and he was ready to help. He ordered the frames and I wanted and explained everything in detail to me about how my insurance worked. He is very friendly and made this experience very painless! Definitely will be recommending this store to others.

Great visit. Dr. Fit and her staffs are very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. Came back within 30 days for a request re-examine and had the new lenses replaced within a week. Excellent service. Shout-out to Emmy, Susan and Paul for being very helpful.

I went on the busiest week of the year for all eyewear places (the week between Christmas and New Years) to get whatever frames & lenses I could get for free with my plan, EyeMed. The store manager, Paul, was knowledgeable and patient, going through configurations of the types of lenses until he arrived at the one I could get for free with the plan. I am very happy with my new glasses and just as happy with the service that I received from Paul.

I could not have been happier with the service I recently received from Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville location! The store manager, provided an excellent solution to my eye glasses which were crooked, loose, and digging into the back of one of my ears. He was the best! Thank you!

Stopped by to see if Pearle Vision in Montgomeryville could adjust my one set of glasses that were horribly misshapen after rolling over on them. The tech, unfortunately I didn’t get his name, went right to work. In mear minutes, he had them back into great shape. No charge! Great service! That is why I go to this store. Well done!

One of the nose pads fell out of my expensive sunglasses. I took it over to Pearle Vision where the manager tried to fix it by cutting a new nose pad connector down to fit more snug into the nose pad holder. Though it didn't work, I appreciated the outside of the box thinking and effort. The gentleman gave me a replacement pad, though it is not a snug fit, but I honestly don't think there is another option outside of gluing it in at this point.
Best part of the experience, the repair was free. No one does nothing for free these days.

Want to thank Paul for helping me find a replacement screw to hold the lens to my sunglasses in place. For some reason the normal size replacement screws were not working. Paul kept persevering and finally found one that did. Great service! Thank you!

I went in to get a pair of prescription sunglasses that I bought there tightened. Amy made them perfect and fixed another pair I didn’t buy here! They were a very old pair from 10 years ago and found a screw that fit so I could wear my old Ray bans!!!! Love her!!! Thank You Amy!!!

The staff have been amazing and it is by far the best customer service I have had when purchasing glasses. I wear progressive lenses and making sure the lenses sit correctly is important- the staff are so knowledgeable and ensure the frames are the correct fit. Best experience I’ve had!!

My daughter broke her glasses and needed them to go to work. The Pearl Vision team was able to get us in same day for an eye exam AND were able to replace the frames with an identical pair they just so happened to have available! Hands down Charlie Brown the best optical spot in town!!!

I had a great experience at Pearle. When I arrived at the store (that already had customers shopping), I was immediately greeted by Alena. She very kindly directed my wife and I though the process, gave ample information and even provided helpful opinions about which frames to choose when prompted. My wife has been going there for a few years and was even greeted by the Doctor when were in the store. I have been going to a different Eye Doc., but will definitely be changing - given my positive experience.
