Giant Food Stores

Today I visited Giant in North Wales Pennsylvania with my brother. The store was very clean and had a large assortment of produce and flowers. The lunch meat and cheese was fresh cut and packaged according to type. I particularly liked the Herr's Potato Chip buy get one sale.
When I come to Philly I always try to get some. Their the BEST.

Nice grocery store in North Wales with everything you need at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample parking. Self check out option. Also has a robot Marty who helps and is a hit with kids. Has Citizens Bank inside as well.

Well stocked gaint. There are some around that are having supply chain issues but this gaint does not that this issue. The beer section is well stocked of craft and domestic beers. And the sushi is good.

Absolutely love this Giant. Has upgraded to compete with local Wegman's store, making it even better. And they have scanners you can take with you while you shop and scan and bag as you go. Makes check out a breeze.

One thing I have found out in all of my years as a Shopper is that it is very rare when you come across somebody who goes over and above their job to make someone else happy. Kathy in the floral department actually clocked back in when she was done her shift for the day and made a beautiful corsage for my son who was asked to the homecoming dance last minute she was so kind and so helpful and made me feel like the most important customer in the world thank you so much Kathy for going above and beyond your job and making my son's night a wonderful experience!

Was disappointed to find out that 'Giant' bananas are no larger than any other store's bananas. What a missed opportunity.

In any case, this store in particular typically has what one may expect to find in a grocery store. The store associates are generally agreeable too in spite of the multitude of odd balls that I imagine must walk through their doors.

This review is specific to the bakery section. I had come in requesting 48 cupcakes and a 1/2 sheet cake for my son's birthday. I had originally asked for a cannoli filling for the cake. Although they no longer offer cannoli, the baker accommodated my request and made a special batch. Everything came out fantastic! I would highly recommend this bakery.

Myself and some friends were about to take a bicycle ride on the 202 Bike Path that runs adjacent to the Giant Supermarket on Knapp Road. We decided to stop by the store for some last minute supplies prior to the ride. One of my cycling buddies forgot his mask. A store worker, Cyndi who was outside on break noticed his delimma and offered him a brand new mask so that he could enter the store. Excellent customer service Cyndi. You went above and beyond.

Clean and well stocked not to mention when I was pregnant how much I genuinely appreciated the reserved parking "for expectant mothers". I shop at this location which is about 40 mins from my home. Worth it!

Best Giant in the area. The staff is always friendly and always ready to help you. Other Giant Food Store's could learn some customer service skills from this store.

Very nice store. This location is very large, fully stocked, clean and organized. The employees are very polite and helpful.

Love the size, location, and mostly the Organic section in this specific location carries the best variety compared the other Giant's and I like the layout better too

Had a recent issue and the store management was very prompt to call and follow up on the incident and make sure there was no further issues. Speak volume about a place with that level of respect for employees and customers.

Very friendly staff apples are fresh and delicious and very helpful workers as well. Very clean and reasonably priced products.

Clean, well stocked, and well organized store. Fantastic bakery and helpful, pleasant employees. My favorite grocery store.

Even tho it is à long drive but It's worth it. I took my wife there for her early birthday and so much fun

This is the best Giant for 1 reason: Beer.
It does have a nice layout, friendly staff, etc.
biggest problem is the congestion during the weekends. Can take you forever for nothing.

This store in Montgomeryville is well run. There is always enough staff that there is minimal waiting for check out
