American Eagle Store

Love this store! Took my kids shopping for some back to school clothes and they love everything they tried on... Even the clothes I picked out. The staff was super friendly and cool and I totally enjoyed chatting with them about music and appreciated them making me feel like a peer!

The last few times I have gone into this location, everyone was super friendly. I went in today in a time crunch to try and find the pair of jeans I loved before I go away next week and Hannah was incredibly kind and helpful! She ran and got me other sizes and even found a different style of jeans for me while I was trying my other pairs on. She was so genuine in helping me feel confident in my purchase prior to leaving the store! The variety of sizes and styles is incredible for jeans, I will never buy my jeans anywhere else!

What a wonderful store! The lovely worker Jess was more than attentive. She helped every customer who came to try items on, checked up on them, and even brought other clothes she thought would look good on them too!! I hadn’t planned on buying anything, so leaving with 2 items shows you what a terrific job she did. I will be back and thank you Jess! 👏🏼💕

In the retail world it's hard to find good customer service, let alone outstanding. Going to this store my daughter and i were treated like celebrities in a fine boutique. . . From first entry, we were greeted warmly, the staff helped us find our sizes and made suggestions. The customer service was outstanding in every way. I loved having personal service, especially while trying things on. Idk if all American Eagle stores are like this, but this one excels in every way. Amazing shopping experience, i will be back soon! Thank you Tina and your team! You are doing it right! Two super happy customers.

I visited this evening and felt compelled to review. Staff here deserves 10 stars! Everyone working here is so incredibly friendly, complimentary and helpful. Keep up the fantastic customer service, it was noticed and appreciated :)

The best store ever, Ae is always trendy, timeless, and cool and the Montgomery Mall AE store staff is the best! They are all extremely friendly and helpful.

Best AE in the area. Super friendly staff and always have the best clearance section. Way better than online and other stores. Highly recommend

I've always had a great experience @AE nothing bad to say. If they don't have the item in stores they order online.
