Gail the store manager was prompt to get back with me notify me my battery was in and then help install my new battery. I sure appreciate their outstanding customer service, and the follow through. I highly recommend their services.

By far the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store so kind helped me out. I did my repair in the parking lot and they let me borrow the tools I needed very very happy with their service! Highly recommend going through them for any auto parts you might need! The older woman was extremely helpful and kind!

I enjoy coming here and it's fairly often since I live half a block away. But I only come here because the Parts Guys and Gal know what they are doing. Also their parts are a good quality, I have yet to have a part fail or be wrong.
