Traveling through town we were worried about Subaru noises. Greg gave our car a thorough review, told us what the problems were, and assured us they were not urgent, he didn't need to fix them. We headed home to Oregon with confidence and without delay. Very happy.

We were passing through on a trip with our truck and camp trailer. Started having power issues. Called and Greg got us right in, diagnosed battery issue and replaced in less than an hour. He even ran to get the battery when he was told they couldn't deliver it for an hour to get us back on the road! Highly recommended Greg. Exceptional service and reasonable pricing and all around great guy!

Honest and trustworthy as the day is long! One place rotated my tires, said I needed rear brakes. Greg gave me a better quote, while doing other repairs, so I said go for it. He calls today, the truck is done, and it DOESN'T need brakes, they are good for approximately 10,000 more miles. Who does that? He will have my business for life!

My wife, daughter, and a friend were visiting the Kalispell area for the day and our '08 Chevy Avalanche began having issues. The local Autozone recommended Greg's shop. My wife gave me Greg's phone number and I called him since we live in another state. Greg was open to information about the vehicle and its issues since this was not the first time it acted up. He repaired our Av in a couple of hours and gave them them a great restaurant suggestion while they were waiting. The repair bill was more than reasonable. If I lived in Kalispell I would not hesitate to take a vehicle to him again. Thanks Greg for the great service!

I just talked to Greg about my Jeep. He spent time helping me diagnose the issue EVEN though he knew he was going to be sending me to another shop! THAT'S INTEGRITY!!!

Gregs auto is the old fashion repair shop. That means they also give old fashion customer service! On multiple occasions Greg has done everything he could to get my vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. He has given both my family and I great service at reasonable prices. I recommend him as one of your options for auto repair in the valley. It’s always good to have a couple of options.

This was the best service for car repairs I have ever received. From the first phone call, Greg tried to help me figure out what might be wrong with my car, how they could fix it, and a rough estimate. Got me in same day. Kind, friendly, fair. Always will recommend.

Had a break job and it was fast and priced right. Greg was super nice and thorough.

A coworker recommended Gregs. I took my Trailblazer in because it was acting up. No codes registered. Greg replaced bad spark plugs hoping that would fix it. The charges were responsible. My vehicle still was doing the same thing, so they had me bring it back in . Greg drove it to Lakeside and back, suggested I have a bad wheel bearing. He did this all on his time after work with no charge. Greg is very thorough and pleasant to deal with, very informative. I will be using Greg’s for my automotive needs from now on.

Gregs service was fantastic from start to finish. I was stuck in Kalispell with no way of renting a car while I was waiting for my Honda to be fixed. Greg went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly and at the least possible cost and he ensured my stay was awesome while I was there. Greg reminded me of the kindness of people and that there are trustworthy and honest people out there. Thank you Greg. You were a real blessing to me.

I've been going to Greg's for about a decade now and I really can't say enough good things about him. He's a genuinely nice guy and provides the best service in town. I know when I come here I am getting the best price in the valley. It's a very valuable thing to have an auto repair shop that is trustworthy because it can go wrong in so many ways. I know he gets busy sometimes, but if I have an emergency with my vehicle I know he will make sure it's taken care of promptly. He's in just a little shop on the side of the street but it's really a rare gem in the valley. I'm a customer for life.

New to the area in 2020, trusted the Google reviews and took my son's F150 to Greg (& Blake) to have the valve cover gaskets replaced and stop a small oil leak on the clean, low mileage engine (55k miles). Price was fair, work was solid and timely. Greg had a real attention to detail putting everything back together and my OCD really appreciated that! lol...
Since then, had it in for other diagnostic work and again, found them to be fair and honest in their assessment. Highly recommend these guys!

Had an emergency visit while on a road trip. Greg was fantastic - accommodated us just an hour before closing and took care of our vehicle quickly and with reasonable rates. Wish that Greg was our hometown mechanic - would recommend to anyone.

Greg has become my go-to for all of my care-care needs. I have used him for everything from fluid flushes to timing belts and his rates are always much cheaper than other shops in town, work is done much faster and I have never had any issues. They are also super-accommodating; I have often asked for some last minute additions (pad and rotor replacement with my parts that I did not have time to get to, etc.) and have done so no problem, and always offers to give me a ride if I need it. Great shop.

Wow, what a great experience. I needed the water pump changed & didn't have an appointment. Greg was able to get us in and I was able to pick up my kids from school without having to figure out an alternative plan. He has loyal customers now!! The service was also completed at a VERY reasonable rate.

We were on a road trip from CA and started having issues with our breaks. They were able to check our car immediately right before closing. The break pads and rotors were worn through and they replaced them for a fair price. They also went the extra mile and did a quick overall check and found that we were fully out of engine oil and would have broken down on our way back. So thankful they were able to accommodate us and did such a thorough job.

Our car broke down as we were traveling through Kalispell, 12 hours from home. Greg went out of his way to move his schedule around to get us back on the road as quickly as possible, even though it was a fairly serious/time consuming repair. The rate he quoted me was very competitive and we felt we were treated honestly and well. The way that Greg spoke about his extensive experience working on Subarus and his familiarity with the Forester helped me feel confident that he would do a good job. If I ever break down on the road again far away from home, I hope it's in Kalispell where I know I'll be in good hands at Greg's.

Stopped there on my way to Glacier National Park after strange noises started coming out of my brakes. A man took my car for a test drive straight away, inspected the brakes carefully and gave his diagnosis. Fortunately there weren't any big issues and I was assured that we can drive safely. They didn't charge me anything for the inspection! Fast and professional service.
