Shari's Cafe and Pies

Great service!! We came for brunch on Sunday morning. Very attentive staff. Really friendly attitudes!! The food was good. There were lots of options. We had to get some Marionberry pie to go!

I absolutely love Shari's. Food is delicious, customer service is always enjoyable and there is always a table available every time I go. If you haven't been you should definitely go. Such a great establishment

Wonderful breakfast experience with our little family! Customer service was fantastic and food was wonderfully prepared and exactly what the pictures looked like! So nummy, so quick and easy! Love Sharies! The food this morning was great. The combo breakfast though seemingly pricy @ $12.99 really is worth every penny! Pancakes we're fresh, soft and distinct with not your common great tasting buttery syrup. Bacon was crispy and tasty. Eggs were scrambled with bits of ham tucked inside. The hash browns were regrettably common and uneventful. The suasage was not the average link that is normally served restaurant-wide and was "good" but lacking really deep salty flavor. So, in retrospect I may order something else in the future. Coffee with the meal was good and worthy of more sips. The service was caring and happy to be there. I will be back, always Sharis!

I had a great breakfast , fresh , nice portions, friendly staff. Also had steak dinner night before the was exceptional , Danielle was so friendly

This used to be our favorite family restaurant. It’s been a long while and we were really disappointed today- in the food and the service. The plates got smaller, the prices got higher, and the service was seriously lacking. The new waitresses had zero knowledge of the menu or good customer service. They didn’t know what to do and there was nobody there to guide them. She didn’t ask us our choices and never brought us our hash downs, she didn’t know they came with our meals. One waitress had her long hair down and was continuously flipping it around and playing with it. When I finally saw a manager come out from the back and mentioned it to him he didn’t seem to care. Even my children noticed the lack of good service. In reading the recent reviews it seems we’re not the only people who’ve noticed the decline.

I haven't been to Shari's for awhile but this was easily the best meal we've ever had there. The prime rib was much better than expected especially for the price.
The server was great too.

One of the best Shari's we've been to! The blueberry vanilla pancake combo was Terrific! Karen was just the right amount of attentive.

The food here was absolutely delicious and really surprised me as this was on par with most upscale restaurants. The staff was friendly and checked up on just enough to feel like our service matters, but didnt smother us while eating. I would recommend coming here any day of the week, if your looking for a quality meal at a good price!!

Service was a lil slow as they were busy. But had a great steak breakfast with pancakes eggs and hash browns. Very good food. Large portions. Left full of a good reasonably cheap breakfast

Stopped in for a quick breakfast and ended up with the best, most efficient, accurate, observant server I have ever seen. I eat out regularly and never expected to experience such a thing in this area. The severs name was Robert and he even refilled and checked on my coffee several times when I was there. No one EVER does that.
The food was pretty typical fare, nothing to make it stand out, and my hash browns we're petrified and not edible.And I was in a hurry so didn't bother complaining. But the service was extraordinary.

So while the food is mediocre at best, the service is extremely good. So giving 5 stars based on that.

Thank the 3 employees that were working their hardest on Christmas Eve to serve their customers! Give them a bonus!!!

Loved everything about my breakfast the byo omlett was amazing. The best pancakes I've ever had. My mimosa wa made perfectly. The customer serves was perfect. Place was clean and service was very quick. We will definitely be back.

Catherine is such a great person, she has great customer service. We just loved her and it was very nice of her to come and ask how our food was. Not very many cooks do that. Catherine gets 10 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Shari's is often my "go to" when I travel. This Spokane Valley location was way above average. Phillip was a great server, my meal was delivered quickly, and it looked appetizing and was tasty.

Karen greeted us immediately and she was very pleasant and friendly. The food was great and her service was Amazing. We will definitely return.

I had never eaten at a Shari's before today. Our server Olivia was extremely attentive and suggested the stuffed hashbrowns and cinnamon roll French toast. Breakfast was delicious and portions were large. Thank you for the great experience!
