Johnston's Ace Hardware

I was greeted upon entering and offered help to find what I sought. They had 2 of the 3 items I wanted, and those 2 were difficult to find elsewhere. The 3rd missing item was easy to get at Walmart, so I was just trying to save a trip.

1 bolt short of what I need but I got a screw loose so it works out great!. Lol. I'm always here for work stuff and they're always helping me. Can't get any better.

I was greeted and welcomed as I walked in. And an employee, (Josh) came up to me right away asking if I needed help with anything. He helped me right away.

Very time I go here you'll have someone at the door area to help you and take you to your item your looking for , also GREAT STAFF mine was Bo awesome guy with a great personality!

I've shopped at this store for almost 40 years. Of course many things have changed during that time. One thing that I dislike is having to buy pre-packaged amounts of an item. But that seems to be the policy of the parent Ace hardware store and the local store seems to have little or no control over that. One thing that hasn't changed through the years is the friendly, helpful employees. That's what keeps me coming back.

I have gone to Johnston's Ace Hardware for quick emergency for items for my air conditioner or plumbing needs. Also Jaime is really great at fixing your window screens. The folks their are very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for all your hardware needs.

Very experienced staff can get you through a jam and mine was automotive so it says allot thanks ace for not just being about the money!!

Helpful staff...they have everything, my new favorite place to stop for hardware...forget Home Depot!

Great place. These small stores don't get enough praise

It's the small town touch I appreciate. Unlike the large big box hardware stores where you can't find customer service. True Value there's two or three people waiting to take care of you. I shop or small business retailers to keep the money local.

Fantastic customer service! I needed a roof coating I couldn't find anywhere else in town. I found it here.

As soon as I walked in, a young man was ready to help me. I showed him on my phone what I was looking for, and he led me right to it.

I hadn't seen the parking area when I drove by, and had ended up parked at the end of the block. The pail of roof coating is quite heavy, so I went to fetch my car. By the time I got back, the young man had carried the bucket to the checkout area for me. Another pleasant young man completed the transaction. Then the first young man carried the heavy bucket out to my car. Such great service! I really appreciate this place and the folks who work here.

Probably has the best service around town they always make sure your helped out with whatever it is your looking for!

its not home depot or lowes great service someone is always there to help you.

Totally above and beyond service. They are quick, polite and make their customers visit a joy. The gentlemen that helped me not only located the batteries I needed for my key fabs, he also switched out the dead batteries for the new ones. Then he accompanied me outside to ensure both of them worked. I will continue to shop here just to encounter their wonderful service:)

The manager is very kind and friendly. She is a great manager, and those who want to learn to be a great manager could go in and see how she interacts with the customers.

The last of the old time localy owned hardware stores that have people standing at front wanting to help you find what you need.

They have just about everything you need, without having to walk miles like at Home Depo or Lowes.

They also have free popcorn!

Was immediately attended to did not have wait or have them call someone to assist me. Immediately the staff member knew what exactly I needed, checked out in less than 15 minutes.

It's a great place to stop when you don't want to go to big home improvement store. They have the best customer service. I had purchased a bunch of stuff and gentlemen was helping behind the counter insisted that he help me walk my items out to my vehicle. I was pleasantly suprised and thankful. I was parked in their overflow parking which is a little walk away.

I went there today and Matt was very helpful with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable about the products and went above and beyond in helping me out. We are traveling in our RV and needed to make some repairs and Matt helped us out completely. I would highly recommend your neighborhood hardware store particularly Johnston's Ace Hardware.
