Joy (the owner/manager) was rude and unnecessarily so. The nature of pop up around the holiday is for a gift!! My daughter wanted a different size from what I purchased for her (and was going to purchase more products while there) BUT due to Joy’s attitude and unwillingness to do a size exchange she (and I) will no longer shop there (I have spent over $1000 in multiple trips so deduct that from next years sales).
