Homewood Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh-Southpointe

Called ahead to request a late check-in. Staff member was ready with our room keys when we arrived. Check-in process was quick and easy. Lobby and breakfast area is clean and nicely decorated. Room was clean and spacious with kitchenette including a full size refrigerator.

We stopped at this Homewood Suites on our way out of Pittsburgh. The check in process was good. The front desk lady was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was a bit off of the highway about 1.5 miles. We stayed in a double bed room with a separate living area. The room had obviously had lots of use in the past but was still clean and in good order. The rest of the hotel appeared to be much newer. The breakfast had something for everyone - fruit, breads, cereals, eggs, meat products, coffees and teas. The area was clean and very welcoming. A nice hotel at a reasonable price.

I came back to the hotel around midnight the 2 night I was here. A lady named Sara (or Sarah, not sure how to spell it) helped me and my family out quite a bit. I could tell she was flustered with tasks, but she still put us first as her top priority. Super sweet girl.

Convenient for business purpose. Gym & pool available. Good breakfast, however service should offer non-disposable plates, cups, forks...to limit waste!

Wow. I wish I could give this place more stars. From check in to check out, I felt like this hotel delivered on hospitality, amenities and cleanliness. The rooms were immaculate and the view was beautiful and conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've ever worked out in. The breakfast was amazing and had something for everyone. The outdoor area had a fireplace for the summer months. I'll definitely be back!

great place to stay, liked the modern look , the views from the bay windows on upper floors , and pool was a good size.
Floors were sticky in breakfast area when I ate there.

Rooms were clean and quite and included a mini kitchen. Continental breakfast was above average and the common areas were also clean. Our family gave the benefit of the doubt on amenities as we did not use them this visit. Reasonable beer selection available but nothing stronger. Good value for money.

What a great place! I've stayed at other Hilton properties but this one was outstanding. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and the amenities were off the chart! Staff was always friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast got the day off to an easy start and the 24/7 coffee was very welcome. I'd definitely stay here again!

We moved out of the state and return often to visit family. We both work remotely so the tethered Internet is essential. The daily breakfast is appreciated as the staff does their best to offer options for all tastes. We already booked our next trip.

A quiet hotel! My wife is a light sleeper and will wake up if a mouse coughs at 300 ft away, and she slept great here. Clean rooms, all the amenities you'd expect. Food within walking distance. And a nice and safe area.

The staff is THEE BEST! I absolutely love this hotel and cannot wait to return- I have rambunctious children and the staff was so warm and welcoming it made me feel LOVED!! They took great care of us- the pool was EVERYTHING! The breakfast is excellent, the hotel is spotless- highly recommend!!

Staff was over the top for customer service. We stayed with our dog and felt like they cared for him as much as us. Room was clean and plenty of room. Outside spaces we well kept and the had two spacious dog walk areas. Highly recommend, we will stay here when we visit later in 2023

Big, airy, clean hotel in a nice area (Southpointe) ... lots of parking space ... fitness room is bigger than most ... nice breakfast/dining area ... patio with fire nice touch

Wonderful one bedroom suites with very accommodating staff! We gave stayed in this hotel three different times.

Very clean hotel, very friendly staff. The room was immaculate and well maintained. The breakfast was exactly what I expected. Hot, and lots of it. Plenty of tea options for the tea drinkers, and the coffee was good too. The pool room is currently closed due to maintenance issues, which was communicated on the website when I booked the room. All in all, a lovely hotel at a great location.

Super easy to get to and park. Couple of restaurants next door, pool and hot tub was nice and kids loved breakfast. We had 2 connected suites and they were clean and nice. Highly recommend.

A very nice place to stay. Not very far from the city and other attractions, but in a quiet location with some lovely food and shops to walk to.
The room was very clean. We had a wobbly toilet and the bed was a bit hard. But it was such a nice set up we were able to look beyond that. The noise factor was minimal too.
