Einstein Bros. Bagels

Stopped here today after every other breakfast restaurant in the area had a 45min wait. Very good breakfast had the egg, cheese & bacon on a everything bagel and a med coffee. Very friendly staff, modern looking interior.

Update: here again almost a year later, they don't disappoint. Had the Texas Brisket on an Everything bagel, YUMM.

The food is always freshly made and delicious! We love the staff! Always friendly, even when they are shortstaffed. My son absolutely loves the breath. Breakfast brisket! Convenient location to everything in our community.

It was the best breakfast I've had in a very long time! This will become a regular place for sure.

You have to try the new crispy chicken and egg breakfast and or lunch sandwich. Amazingly good! Great service and friendly staff. The only place you can eat good close to the crazy Donaldson Crossroads intersection.

I always love to get Bagels here. I also love their sandwich the Farmhouse cheddar. It seems not as good as it was a few years ago but it seems it's just the eggs needing a touch more salt and pepper. I recommend them for all your bagel needs and great when you have errands in the area.

Got my order to go, I ordered the farmers bagel, I enjoyed it! I will be back to try different things.

Had always gone through drive- through but recently went inside they have a fireplace! Wonderful this time of year. The food is ALWAYS AWESOME. And the staff always kind. Love their decor and this poster.

Love your bagels. Best bagels in town. Go out of our way to buy them by the dozen. (Exception: the bagels in 3/2023 were bad. I hope you haven’t changed your recipe).

Amazing place to come eat. I come here for breakfast a lot. The managers are super friendly. I usually order a Jalapeño cheddar bagel with Jalapeño cream cheese because I love spice. It tastes AMAZING. I also order the Caramel cold brew shake which is really good. I love eating inside because of how nice and clean it is. They never fail and they always make sure that you are satisfied with what you get. JUST AMAZING.

Fresh bagels of a wide variety. They will happily split them for you and provide you with freezer bags. Good cream cheeses with a wide variety. Tasty breakfast sandwiches and fresh all you can drink coffee, including one or more special flavors.

Where do I begin? Great selection of bagels and coffees. Didn't know Caribou Coffee was as good as Starbucks', but given that it costs only $2.11, I would venture to say it's even better.
My Supernova Nova Lox cost only $8.49 and normally clocks in at 510 Cal with a whopping 23g protein. But as I am diabetic, I was offered a yummy toasted garlic bagel that was "thintastic" and which therefore = about 33% of the normal carb ratio. So the lox bagel, which is normally high-calorie due to the salmon (lachs is the yiddish word for salmon btw) has only 430-450 Cal. Double-dare you to find another bagel shop anywhere (like nationwide) that offers a whole separate menu of those!
So yes, fellow Type 2's, especially those who must inject insulin during the day, this is a place for one of those rare days each month when you allow yourself the indulgence of eating out.
Managers Steve and Tina are friendly and attentive even when super busy.

I love these guy:) Einstein’s is my go to breakfast (Nova Lox) & coffee place and have lunch (Turkey BLT) there every now and then but did have them cater a lunch for clients. I do get upset when they run out of a specific bagel but it did make me try something new..

We headed north to this area and decided to have a bagel. We sat by a warm cozy fire place and enjoyed a hot coffee. The employees were nice too. Very nice.

They usually have regular, decaf, dark, and one flavored coffee on tap.

They do a really good job here. Most (almost all) of their employees are excellent and really know about customer service.
