I have known Dc. Sherwood for many years ,not only on a professional level but also on a personal level and she is a not only a Great Doctor, she is also a Great Friend, Listener and Caring Human Being that our community and the Healthcare system should be very Thankful to have

This is only my second visit and because of the accident I may have to come back for a while. But the staff including the receptionist and the doctor are absolutely amazing! Kind, caring, and courteous!!

If you need any kind of paperwork done, you better go somewhere else. 3 times in the past 6 months we have had problems. 1st we needed a paper filled out showing that my son had all of his shots for school. I went back 3 times over a 2 week span and it wasn't done. 2nd my daughter needed her physical paperwork signed for a sport. She had a physical the month before so she just needed the paper filled out. That one took 3 phone calls and 2 visits. This week my wife had to have TB test results read, she had the test at a lab and faxed over. The doctor had to check a box, sign, and date....thats it. Of course it wasn't done in time for her clinicals to start. 4 days to sign and date a piece of paper. I'm definitely looking for a new family care provider. It's a shame because I really like Dr. Duncan. I've been a patient of hers for 15+ years.

Making an appointment at the OB Cecil office was very difficult. And the wait time was atrocious. I was there ten minutes before my appointment and they did not even have the sign in book out. Then is was an hour before the doctor even seen me. The doctor was good though. Addressed my questions and concerns and was professional. The Doctor was the only reason there is 3 stars. Probably will go to Washington in the future though due to the wait time (total was just under 2 hours).

Truly unacceptable that I've called 3 separate times to schedule an appointment with a doctor, no one answers the phone. Always put on hold before the phone hangs up or whenever I even call, immediately I get a voice saying they're at a meeting or whatever. Also, where are the actual doctors? Im always pawned off on the nurses or whatever when I want to see the doctor. Where are theym

Saw the nurse practitioner for poison ivy clearly had a bullseye from tic bite and she said that doesn’t look like poison ivy and gave me cream for it( also had poison) called six times in seven days and the only callback I got was to scold me for calling too much! Day eight still no call! Went to ER yesterday got tested and started treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not even worth one star !! What kind of doctor’s office doesn’t know how to return a call? It’s been over a week at this point! Please don’t go here they do NOT care about people. I have never seen anything like this! This is people’s lives in your hands and you can’t return a simple phone call or call in a blood test, absolutely ridiculous. I hope each and everyone of you reading this is ashamed. What if that was your parent or someone you cared about? It’s not hard to be a decent human being and at least return a phone call….

These people are so hard to deal with they give you so much running around. They think that you have a lot of money to go here and there they have no idea there are surrounding areas or surrounding hospitals. They only work outside in the Washington area. I understand that part, but they have no information about Saint Clair or don’t want to even help you. They are very poorly equipped to help anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would.... absolutely terrible doctors office...my mother has heart problems and lost a kidney due too cancer...was almost 100% positive my mom contracted Lyme's disease over the holiday....she tried too call for a full week too get an appointment and they couldn't even call her back ... 7 DAYS AND NO RESPONSE!!!!!... absolutely ridiculous... Way too care about your patients guys good job!!
